技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种核金属氧化物从乏燃料处理厂核材料储存库安全转运到MOX芯块线核材料库的屏蔽转运装置。
背景技术
工业二氧化钚物料是一种极毒的核材料,吸入后对工作人员造成化学毒性危害,钚衰变产生的γ射线、自发裂变中子和(α,n)反应产生的中子辐射造成外照射,都对人员有极大的伤害。因此,要实现物料的转运必须设计一套具有良好屏蔽效果的转运装置。二氧化钚粉末在转运过程中普遍使用橡胶垫密封与螺纹紧固相结合的容器。这种容器存有如下不足之处,一是螺纹紧固方式虽然开启方便,但是缺少密封作用;二是橡胶垫的辐照降解导致容器密封效果降低,空气进入容器中腐蚀金属。目前国内未发现有成熟的产品,没有可以借鉴的经验。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一套经济、有效、实用的工业二氧化钚物料外界转运装置,以减少伽马和中子对人体的外照射。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型所采取的技术方案为:
一种工业二氧化钚物料外界转运装置,其罐体由外到内包括钢板、铅板、含硼聚乙烯板,升降平台位于罐体内部底端,插板横向插入罐体顶部,聚四氟乙烯密封垫设置在插板周围,含硼聚乙烯屏蔽层套在插板上方。
本实用新型所取得的有益效果为:
本实用新型立足于自主研发,自足设计,根据GB11806-2004《放射性物质安全运输规程》的相关要求,进行了力学、屏蔽、临界安全、传热、喷水试验、自由下落试验、堆积试验、贯穿试验,以及验证货包经受运输事故条件下能力的试验,设计出屏蔽能力不小于4kgPuO2粉末的外界转运容器。本实用新型实现了原料从中试厂到生产线的安全转运,无放射性泄露事故发生,安全、可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明。
如图1所示,本实用新型所述工业二氧化钚物料外界转运装置的罐体由外到内包括钢板6、铅板5、含硼聚乙烯板4,工业二氧化钚物料的辐射特性为γ射线和中子辐射,钢板6和铅板5可以有效防护,经检测该屏蔽措施能够满足辐射防护的要求,同时,外围钢板6便于去污清洗处理。将装有物料的容器放置在位于罐体底端的升降平台7上,使装有物料的容器安置在罐体内部,当需要使用物料时,平稳上升升降平台7到指定高度。密封装置主要由可活动的插板2、含硼聚乙烯屏蔽层1、聚四氟乙烯密封垫3组成,插板2横向插入罐体顶部,聚四氟乙烯密封垫3设置在插板2周围,含硼聚乙烯屏蔽层1套在插板2上方,起到密封的作用。

1.一种工业二氧化钚物料外界转运装置,其特征在于:其罐体由外到内包括钢板(6)、铅板(5)、含硼聚乙烯板(4),升降平台(7)位于罐体内部底端,插板(2)横向插入罐体顶部,聚四氟乙烯密封垫(3)设置在插板(2)周围,含硼聚乙烯屏蔽层(1)套在插板(2)上方。
