背景技术
目前光伏发电中的太阳能电池板都只能利用0.38 – 1.1μm之间的短波进行发电,1.1μm以上的长波则被浪费掉,不能得到有效利用,能源利用率低。现阶段我国的冬季供暖北方主要是煤炭和天然气取暖,南方主要是电取暖,每年在取暖问题上都会消耗大量能源。此外,目前的太阳能热水器蓄热能量低,如遇连续阴雨天则无法正常提供生活用热水。

本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供基于高潜热相变储能材料的可蓄热太阳能电池板。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:基于高潜热相变储能材料的可蓄热太阳能电池板,包括第一层低碳钢化玻璃、第二层EVA胶膜、第三层太阳能电池板、第四层EVA胶膜和第五层TPT膜,还包括第六层相变储能材料蓄热层。
所述基于高潜热相变储能材料的可蓄热太阳能电池板可以通过底层的相变储能材料蓄热层吸收光伏发电过程中不能被利用的长波,将热量储存起来,在供电的同时供应热水和室内取暖。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型中第六层的相变储能材料蓄热层可以将太阳能电池板发电过程中不能利用的长波转换成热能储存起来,在需要时供应热水和室内取暖,提高了能源利用率,避免了传统取暖方法造成的能源浪费和环境污染。
