背景技术
螺柱焊接是将螺柱一端与板件(或管件)表面接触,通电引弧,待接触面熔化后,给螺柱一定压力完成焊接的方法。螺柱焊接用的圆柱头螺柱焊钉适用高层钢骨结构建筑、工业厂房建筑、公路、铁路、桥梁、塔架、汽车、能源、交通设施建筑、机场、车站、电站、管道支架、起重机械及其它钢结构等。这些行业都需要往钣金件上大量焊接螺柱(或者叫做螺钉、焊钉),在焊接过程中,焊枪中有一个用来夹持螺柱焊钉,并传导焊接电流的通用易损部件,即螺柱焊夹头。现有的螺柱焊夹头通常采用内夹和外夹组合的形式,螺柱的推力作用于内夹头上,易造成内夹头的损坏,以及螺柱的卡钉缠钉现象;另外,由于接地螺丝绝大部分都是由绝缘包裹,而露出的导电部分离焊接位置非常的近,现有技术中的弹性夹头由于厚度较厚,在装夹过程中会出现接触不良的现象。

鉴于上述背景,本实用新型提供一种焊接接地钉的弹性夹头,结构设计简单,有效解决焊接夹头接触不良或卡钉的问题,夹持可靠。为了解决上述技术方案,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种焊接接地钉的弹性夹头,包括夹头本体,所述夹头本体的内部设有轴向内腔,所述夹头本体包括安装部和安装部下端的夹紧部,所述安装部的外壁上设有凸环,所述安装部与所述夹紧部的交接处设有均匀分布的圆孔,所述夹紧部包括多个弹片,所述弹片包括导电弹片与支撑弹片,所述导电弹片与所述支撑弹片均匀交错。
本实用新型提供的一种焊接接地钉的弹性夹头,可以进一步设置为所述导电弹片的数量设置为8个,所述支撑弹片的数量设置为4个,所述导电弹片与所述支撑弹片均匀交错,既保证夹头本体的良好的导电性,又能防止焊接夹头卡钉。
本实用新型提供的一种焊接接地钉的弹性夹头,可以进一步设置为相邻的两个弹片之间设有弹性槽,螺柱焊钉挤压夹紧部发生弹性变形并夹紧螺柱焊钉,缓解所述夹紧部的轴向作用力和径向作用力,有利于完成装夹工作,同时延长夹头的使用寿命。

本实用新型提供的一种焊接接地钉的弹性夹头,可以进一步设置为所述支撑弹片的下端设置为向内收缩的折角型,多个支撑弹片的上端所在圆孔的孔径比其下端所在孔径大,使得夹头本体的下端孔径小于上端孔径,增强夹头本体与螺柱焊钉接触的紧密度,保持良好的导电性。

所述导电弹片41的数量设置为8个,所述支撑弹片42的数量设置为4个,所述导电弹片41与所述支撑弹片42均匀交错,既保证夹头本体的良好的导电性,又能防止焊接夹头卡钉。
相邻的两个弹片4之间设有弹性槽5,螺柱焊钉挤压夹紧部11发生弹性变形并夹紧螺柱焊钉,缓解所述夹紧部11的轴向作用力和径向作用力,有利于完成装夹工作,同时延长夹头的使用寿命。

本实用新型在使用时,该弹性夹头的安装部固定在焊枪的导电组件上,螺柱焊钉在自动送料设备里面被送到螺柱焊枪的送料管里面,然后在高压气体的作用下被送到接收器,接着连接气缸的活塞杆组在气压作用下向前运动,将螺柱焊钉顶出到导电的螺柱焊夹头的合适位置,由于夹紧部的前端孔径比后端的孔径小,螺柱焊钉挤压夹紧部发生弹性变形并夹紧螺柱焊钉,自动装夹过程完成,进入焊接过程。
