本实用新型涉及肠造口术后的治疗、护理器具,或用于闭合伤口或保持伤口闭合的治疗护理器具,具体是一种肠造瘘口封堵器,本实用新型中的导气支架管一端连通肠端气囊,导气支架管另一端连通腹外气囊,腹外气囊上设置的充气管具有连体的系带和塞子,导气支架管外周壁套接有与腹腔内肠管气囊和腹外气囊一体的硅胶套。这样设计的本实用新型,起到了封堵造瘘口的作用,使肠内容物在肠腔内的按照生理病理需要的时间长一些;又可以解放家属的手,减轻家属的护理负担,具有事半功倍的有益技术效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及肠造口术后的治疗、护理器具,或用于闭合伤口或保持伤口闭合的治疗、护理器具,具体是一种肠造瘘口封堵器。
背景技术
目前,肠造瘘术是用于挽救患者生命的粪流改道的常用手术方法,肠造瘘可以有结肠造瘘、回肠造瘘、空肠造瘘、吻合加造瘘(T型造瘘)等,空肠造瘘患者由于高位造瘘而丢失大量肠液,导致电解质及酸碱平衡紊乱,轻者体重不增,重者可导致死亡,需要临时堵塞造瘘口使肠内容物在肠腔内的时间长一些,有利于营养物质有充足的时间在肠腔内消化和吸收;T型造瘘患者为了使肠内容物流向远端肠管,而不从造瘘口流出,也需要暂时或持续堵塞肠造瘘口,现有技术缺少可以封堵造瘘口的器械,由于仅靠家属或病人手指封堵造瘘口,导致家人每日消耗大量的时间来封堵造瘘口,造成大量的人力和精力的浪费。
中国专利申请201120257196.4公开了一种“肛门塞”,其包括体内部分和体外部分,所述体外部分包括通过导管连接的加压气囊、压力表和压力阀;所述体内部分包括充气气囊和设于充气气囊内部的塞头和塞体,所述塞体的体壁上设有圆形小孔;所述体外部分的导管和体内部分的塞体通过连接件连接导通。
实用新型内容
本实用新型就是为了解决上述背景技术中,尚无可以封堵造瘘口器具的问题,而提供以一种肠造瘘口封堵器。
本实用新型是按照以下技术方案实现的。
一种肠造瘘口封堵器,其导气支架管一端连通肠端气囊,导气支架管另一端连通腹外气囊,腹外气囊上设置的充气管具有连体的系带和塞子,导气支架管外周壁套接有与肠端气囊和腹外气囊一体的硅胶套。
使用时,将本实用新型的肠端气囊放入肠管内,另将腹外气囊置于腹壁外,用20毫升医用注射器经充气管向腹外气囊充气,气体经导气支架管进入并充盈腹外气囊和肠端气囊,根据造瘘口大小,选择充气量,然后用塞子堵塞充气管口,就可起到临时封堵造瘘口的作用。
这样设计的本实用新型,起到了封堵造瘘口的作用,使肠内容物在肠腔内的时间长一些;又可以解放家属的手,减轻家属的护理负担。导气支架管成为肠端气囊和腹外气囊之间的支撑架,根据需要随时放气取出,或安装充气封堵;取放自由,操作方便;具有事半功倍的有益技术效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及实施例对本实用新型做进一步描述。
一种肠造瘘口封堵器,其导气支架管1一端连通肠端气囊2,导气支架管1另一端连通腹外气囊3,腹外气囊3上设置的充气管4具有连体的系带5和塞子6,导气支架管1外周壁套接有与肠端气囊2和腹外气囊3一体的硅胶套7。
所述的肠造瘘口封堵器,其肠端气囊2和腹外气囊3均呈扁圆状,且相向平行,并与导气支架管1同心,整体侧视呈“工”字型。
所述的肠造瘘口封堵器,其肠端气囊2和腹外气囊3的同心圆平面与导气支架管1轴线垂直。
所述的肠造瘘口封堵器,其腹外气囊3过圆心延长线的外周壁上形成有被绑缚固定的系带环8。
由于导气管成为肠端气囊和腹外气囊之间的支撑架,在导气支架管1外周壁套接与所述气囊一体的硅胶套,对肠管弹性压迫,正好为卡住腹壁部分,减轻对周围组织的刺激。
本实用新型使用时,在肠造瘘术后近端肠管排便通畅后,将本实用新型的肠端气囊放入肠管内,另将腹外气囊置于腹壁外,用20ml注射器经注射器乳头向充气管充气,气体经导气支架管进入并充盈腹外气囊和肠端气囊,根据造瘘口大小,选择充气量,封堵造瘘口后取下注射器,将塞子封堵充气管口,完成肠造瘘口封堵;当需取下本实用新型时,从充气管口摘下塞子将气囊放气,拔出变瘪了的本实用新型即可。
所述的肠造瘘口封堵器,其肠端气囊、腹外气囊充气后直径为5cm,壁厚2mm。中间的导气支架管即支架内层为硬塑料壁厚2-3mm,外层为软硅胶套,壁厚2mm。
为防止本实用新型自然脱出,采用松紧带连接腹外气囊两端的系带环,并绑缚在患儿腰部,起到固定的作用。
因此,本实用新型解决了缺少可以封堵造瘘口的器具,由于仅靠家属或病人手指封堵造瘘口,导致家人每日消耗大量的时间来封堵造瘘口,造成大量的人力和精力的浪费的问题,具有既封堵造瘘口的作用,又可以解放家属的手,提高了腹壁通道的支撑强度、具有可充放气、有效防止的气体泄露,方便患儿使用,取放自由,操作方便的有益技术效果。

1.一种肠造瘘口封堵器,其特征在于,导气支架管(1)一端连通肠端气囊(2),导气支架管(1)另一端连通腹外气囊(3),腹外气囊(3)上设置的充气管(4)具有连体的系带(5)和塞子(6),导气支架管(1)外周壁套接有与肠端气囊(2)和腹外气囊(3)一体的硅胶套(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的肠造瘘口封堵器,其特征在于,肠端气囊(2)和腹外气囊(3)均呈扁圆状,且相向平行,并与导气支架管(1)同心,整体侧视呈“工”字型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的肠造瘘口封堵器,其特征在于,肠端气囊(2)和腹外气囊(3)的同心圆平面与导气支架管(1)轴线垂直。
4.根据权利要求1所述的肠造瘘口封堵器,其特征在于,腹外气囊(3)过圆心延长线的外周壁上形成有被绑缚固定的系带环(8)。
