防水光缆应用于连接骨干光缆线路和光接收机。采用高品质的连接器散件,配以优质的防水光缆和耐腐蚀的优质防组件。主要用于野外光端机的接入,使用环境适应性强,一端带有光连接器,目前,现有技术中的光缆存在防水性差,且结构不合理,导致信号传输不稳定。

本实用新型目的是提供了一种防水性能好,电缆的使用寿命长,接线头处不易掉落,结构轻巧,信号传输稳定的防暴晒隔热多芯防水光缆。

一种防暴晒隔热多芯防水光缆,包括PE总护套,其特征在于:所述PE总护套内设钢带金属铠装层,所述钢带金属铠装层内中心设有中心加强件,所述PE总护套的右端连接安装有接头,所述接头的右端设有连接腔,所述连接腔的口部内壁上设有圆弧形凸起,所述圆弧形凸起的一侧设有橡胶密封圈,所述PE总护套外壁上间隔分布有多个充气隔热段,所述充气隔热段设有充气口。
所述中心加强件的周围分布有多组电缆子缆。
本实用新型采用在外壁上设有多个充气隔热段,使得电缆的柔韧性提高,且隔热效果好,在PE总护套内设钢带金属铠装层,所述金属铠装层内中心位置设有中心加强件,使得线缆的强度得到提高,且在中心加强件的四周设有多组线缆,且在电缆的右端连接有接头,且在接头的内壁上设有圆形形凸起,且在圆弧形凸起的一侧设有橡胶密封圈,这样电缆的接头处得到了很好的防水密封。
