背景技术
目前，市面上的激光打标机主要由主机箱，及与主机箱分开工作的激光打标头。其中，主机箱与激光打标头之间采用大量的电缆线连接。生产时，不但增加机器的生产成本，而且出故障机率高、整套设备占用空间增大、电耗增大和携带不便，及维护复杂。
实用新型内容
鉴于上述问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种节省成本和空间、结构耐用、电耗小、携带方便，及便于日常维护的激光打标机。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供的一种激光打标机，其中，包括外罩、与外罩连接的底座、在外罩内安装的主机体、在主机体两端上分别设有的前挡板和后挡板，及在主机体一端的前挡板一侧上设有的激光打标头。激光打标头与主机体连接且安装于外罩外侧。另外，在主机体外还可以连接显示屏。
在一些实施方式中，主机体上下侧面分别设置有顶板和固定底板；所述的主机体左右两侧面分别设置有固定板。另外，在固定板与外罩之间还安装有与主机体连接的元件。
在一些实施方式中，主机体与前挡板之间设置有前垫板，主机体与后挡板之间设置有后垫板。
本实用新型的有益效果是具有节省成本和空间、结构耐用、电耗小、携带方便，及便于日常维护的效果。由于主机体与激光打标头为一体连接的结构，即主机体安装在外罩、底座、前挡板和后挡板形成的空间内；激光打标头则安装于外罩外侧的前挡板上。所以这种主机体与激光打标头集成在一起结构，大大减少了之间使用的连接线，节省占用的空间、结构更加耐用、电耗更小、携带更方便，及便于日常维护。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
如图1-2所示，一种激光打标机，包括外罩01、与外罩01连接的底座02、在外罩01内安装的主机体03、在主机体03两端上分别设有的前挡板04和后挡板05，及在主机体03一端的前挡板04一侧上设有的激光打标头06。激光打标头06与主机体03连接且安装于外罩01外侧。另外，在主机体03外还可以连接显示屏。主机体03上下侧面分别设置有顶板07和固定底板08。主机体03左右两侧面分别设置有固定板09。另外，在固定板09与外罩01之间还安装有与主机体03连接的元件10。主机体03与前挡板04之间设置有前垫板11，主机体03与后挡板05之间设置有后垫板12。
主机体03与激光打标头06为一体连接的结构，即主机体03安装在外罩01、底座02、前挡板04和后挡板05形成的空间内，激光打标头06则安装于外罩01外侧的前挡板04上。
