因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种风电铁塔中的结构梁的连接结构。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案有:一种风电铁塔中的结构梁的连接结构,包括第三连接块、连接螺栓、紧固螺钉、紧固板、矩形框、螺杆、螺母以及支撑底板,所示第三连接块通过连接螺栓铰接于紧固板上,紧固螺钉螺纹连接在第三连接块的侧壁上,且紧固螺钉的一端伸于第三连接块的连接腔内,四根螺杆垂直固定连接在矩形框的四个边角处,螺杆的上端穿接于紧固板上,螺母螺纹连接在螺杆上,支撑底板穿接于矩形框上前后两侧的螺杆之间;
所述第三连接块的侧壁上设有连接耳;
所述支撑底板的上端面上设有橡胶垫。
进一步地,所述支撑底板的两端均向下90°折弯并形成连接边,所述连接边上设有连接通孔。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型一种风电铁塔中的结构梁的连接结构,包括紧固板81、矩形框82、螺杆83、螺母以及支撑底板84,四根螺杆83垂直固定连接在矩形框82的四个边角处,螺杆83的上端穿接于紧固板81上,螺母螺纹连接在螺杆83上,支撑底板84穿接于矩形框82上前后两侧的螺杆83之间。
在连接风电铁塔中的两根相互垂直的结构梁时,将两结构梁按图2所示的方向穿接于螺杆83之间,然后拧紧螺母,继而将上述两结构梁紧固连接。
为进一步增加本实用新型的紧固效果,在支撑底板84的上端面上设有橡胶垫。
为便于其他连接梁与本实用新型连接单元相连,支撑底板84的两端均向下90°折弯并形成连接边840,在连接边840上设有连接通孔。
为方便调整风电铁塔中的结构梁之间的角度,在紧固板81的左端铰接有第三连接块13,在第三连接块13的侧壁上螺纹连接有紧固螺钉15,紧固螺钉15的一端伸于第三连接块13的连接腔内。
为便于第三连接块13铰接于紧固板81上,在第三连接块13上设有连接耳130,连接耳130通过连接螺栓14铰接于紧固板81上。

1.一种风电铁塔中的结构梁的连接结构,其特征在于:包括第三连接块(13)、连接螺栓(14)、紧固螺钉(15)、紧固板(81)、矩形框(82)、螺杆(83)、螺母以及支撑底板(84),所示第三连接块(13)通过连接螺栓(14)铰接于紧固板(81)上,紧固螺钉(15)螺纹连接在第三连接块(13)的侧壁上,且紧固螺钉的一端伸于第三连接块(13)的连接腔内,四根螺杆(83)垂直固定连接在矩形框(82)的四个边角处,螺杆(83)的上端穿接于紧固板(81)上,螺母螺纹连接在螺杆(83)上,支撑底板(84)穿接于矩形框(82)上前后两侧的螺杆(83)之间;
所述第三连接块(13)的侧壁上设有连接耳(130);
所述支撑底板(84)的上端面上设有橡胶垫。
2.如权利要求1所述的风电铁塔中的结构梁的连接结构,其特征在于:所述支撑底板(84)的两端均向下90°折弯并形成连接边(840),所述连接边(840)上设有连接通孔。
