本实用新型涉及船舶领域,具体涉及一种风电运维船艏部停靠护舷装置。
背景技术
在以往船舶停靠时,船舶艏部尖角形状艏部会对风电设备产生猛烈撞击,损害风电设备 ,另外船上人员很容易因为猛烈撞击摔倒而受伤。
发明内容
针对上述存在问题,本实用新型旨在提供一种结构简单、便于制作的风电运维船艏部停靠护舷装置。
本实用新型目的通过下述技术方案实现:风电运维船艏部停靠护舷装置,其特征在于:包括圆弧形的船体艏部及沿着船体艏部安装的D型护舷;D型护舷的直边与船体艏部连接,在船体艏部形成圆弧形的软接触区域。
所述船体艏部为大半径形式的圆弧形设计,圆弧形对应的半径为3000~4000mm,圆弧形船体艏部的弧长为4000~6000mm。
所述船体艏部与船体框架为一体结构,船体艏部的高度为300~600mm。
所述D型护舷为中空设计的橡胶护舷,D形护舷直边宽度为150~200mm。
所述D型护舷的直边上贯穿连接有螺栓,螺栓将D型护舷把接固定于船体艏部上。
本实用新型圆弧形船体艏部采用大半径形式,D型护舷竖向沿着圆弧形艏部安装,形成一个近似圆弧形的软接触区域,避免风电运维船与风电杆接触过程中产生冲击,对风电运维船、工作人员及风电杆起到保护作用,防止其由于颠簸、碰撞、大风大浪等因素发生安全事故。

如图1所示的风电运维船艏部停靠护舷装置,包括圆弧形的船体艏部1及沿着船体艏部1安装的D型护舷2;D型护舷2的直边上贯穿连接有螺栓4,螺栓4将D型护舷2把接固定于船体艏部1上,在船体艏部1形成圆弧形的软接触区域。船体艏部1为大半径形式的圆弧形设计,圆弧形对应的半径为3020mm,圆弧形船体艏部1的4110mm。船体艏部1与船体框架3为一体结构,船体艏部1的高度为473mm。D型护舷2为中空设计的橡胶护舷,D形护舷2直边宽度为150mm。
实施例2
如图1所示的风电运维船艏部停靠护舷装置,包括圆弧形的船体艏部1及沿着船体艏部1安装的D型护舷2;D型护舷2的直边上贯穿连接有螺栓4,螺栓4将D型护舷2把接固定于船体艏部1上,在船体艏部1形成圆弧形的软接触区域。船体艏部1为大半径形式的圆弧形设计,圆弧形对应的半径为3050mm,圆弧形船体艏部1的4100mm。船体艏部1与船体框架3为一体结构,船体艏部1的高度为455mm。D型护舷2为中空设计的橡胶护舷,D形护舷直边宽度为150mm。

1.风电运维船艏部停靠护舷装置,其特征在于:包括圆弧形的船体艏部(1)及沿着船体艏部(1)安装的D型护舷(2);D型护舷(2)的直边与船体艏部(1)连接,在船体艏部(1)形成圆弧形的软接触区域。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风电运维船艏部停靠护舷装置,其特征在于:所述船体艏部(1)为大半径形式的圆弧形设计,圆弧形对应的半径为3000~4000mm,圆弧形船体艏部(1)的弧长为4000~6000mm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的风电运维船艏部停靠护舷装置,其特征在于:所述船体艏部(1)与船体框架(3)为一体结构,船体艏部(1)的高度为300~600mm。
