现有电子膨胀阀是一种节流阀,用于改变制冷系统中制冷介质流量。常用电子膨胀阀包括阀体、外套于阀体的线圈机构、连接于阀体侧壁和前端的介质输入管和介质输出管,阀体外壳由阀座和后座套对接组成,线圈机构外套于后座套,阀孔设置于阀座前端,阀孔由轴向移动的阀杆封堵或打开实现电子膨胀阀开阀和闭阀。现有的电子膨胀阀开阀和闭阀过程中噪音较大,介质从介质输入管进入到阀座内腔中会直冲阀孔,使流速较大而产生较大的噪声。为改善上述情况,本申请人设计了一种能起到储液、缓冲稳流作用,减少压力拨动,提高控制精度,消除噪音的静音电子膨胀阀,为适应静音电子膨胀阀的阀壳的阀座和后座套的低加工成本以及连接牢固度以及密封性的要求,开发了一种阀座与后座套之间连接牢固度好、安装方便的阀壳阀杆座连接结构。

本实用新型的目的旨在适应静音电子膨胀阀的阀壳连接牢固度好的要求,提供一种结构简单、连接牢固度好的阀壳阀杆座连接结构。
为此,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:电子膨胀阀阀壳阀杆座安装结构,包括阀壳和阀杆座,阀壳包括阀座和阀盖,其特征是,所述的阀盖和阀座都设置有一端开口一端封闭的内腔,所述的阀杆座插装于所述的阀座内腔中,阀杆座底端抵靠于阀座内腔底面,阀杆座的外表面上设置环形凸起作为安装支撑部,安装支撑部的外圆面与所述的阀座内腔壁紧配,所述的阀盖开口端与所述阀座开口端相对并插装于所述的阀座开口端的内壁与阀杆座的外壁之间并通过焊接使阀盖开口端、阀座开口端和阀杆座安装支撑部相互固定,使阀盖内腔和阀座内腔连通形成阀腔,提高了阀壳与阀座的连接牢固度。
本实用新型可以达到以下有益效果:通过阀盖和阀座两开口端对接组合,阀盖开口端端部抵靠于阀杆座安装支撑部的端面处起到限位作用,且阀盖开口端、阀座开口端和阀杆座安装支撑部三者通过焊接相互固定,提高了阀壳与阀杆座的连接牢固度,安装方便,密封性好,结构简单,降低了制造成本。

如图1所示,本实用新型包括阀壳和阀杆座3,阀壳包括阀座4和阀盖1,所述的阀盖1和阀座4都设置有一端开口一端封闭的内腔,所述的阀杆座3插装于所述的阀座4内腔中,阀杆座3底端抵靠于阀座4内腔底面,阀杆座3的外表面上设置环形凸起作为安装支撑部2,安装支撑部2的外圆面与所述的阀座4内腔壁紧配,所述的阀盖1开口端与所述阀座4开口端相对并插装于所述的阀座4开口端的内壁与阀杆座3的外壁之间并通过焊接使阀盖1开口端、阀座4开口端和阀杆座3安装支撑部2相互固定,使阀盖1内腔和阀座4内腔连通形成阀腔,提高了阀壳与阀座4的连接牢固度。
