本实用新型实现上述目的所采取的技术方案是：一种便捷饮料盒，它包括盒体、设置在盒体顶面的盒口以及旋装在盒口上的盒盖；在所述盒口内的盒体顶面竖直设置有向盒体内腔底面延伸的外管，在外管内以紧密滑动连接的方式设置有内管；所述外管的下端接近盒体内腔底部，所述内管的上端口伸出盒体顶面外部且低于盒口上沿，在内管的上端口设置有封盖。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型的便捷饮料盒内自带又吸管，它由外管和内管构成，内管以紧密滑动的方式套装在外管内；外管上端结合在盒体内顶面上，下口接近盒体内腔底面；内管上端伸出至盒口内，并带有封盖（密封盒体内的饮料不会流入盒口内）；在使用时旋开盒盖，然后向外抽出内管，扣掉封盖即可充当吸管使用，不用再配吸管；本实用新型的饮料盒构思新颖使用方便，也可方式饮料溅出，不会因为丢失了吸管无法方便引用的问题。
