参照图1中，本实用新型包括带T字型支架的手柄1、不锈钢片2，不锈钢片2为椭圆型，两边向里折弯，中间为平滑的弧面，两个不锈钢片2对称安装通过螺钉3固定在一起，在两不锈钢片2的两侧焊接有固定板4，在固定板2上设有固定孔，带T字型支架的手柄1的两端装在固定孔上。使用时，把饺子皮擀成一个大的面皮，通过手柄往前推不锈钢片，使不锈钢片在大面皮上滚动，即可制成的饺子皮大小、厚薄均匀，且快速、省力，不累人。
