背景技术
泵房作为水利设施运行中较为关键的部分,对其运行均需要进行严格的把控。一般泵房是通过混凝土地基直接建造的,泵房建成之后不能移动,在泵房废弃时需要拆除,不能重复利用,浪费资源;并且泵房运行时需要安装监控部件对泵房的运行和人员的操作进行记录,同时泵房由于其本身处于的环境因素,易于受潮,对其电路部分造成重大影响,故需要在泵房内安装温湿度监控装置。传统的泵房的监控部件和温湿度监控装置都是通过泵房的外部供电线路和变压器直接供电,一方面监控装置和温湿度监控装置均是依附于泵房而存在的,当泵房拆除时,其相应的设备也必须卸下来,另一方面,当供电线路发生故障时,监控部件和温湿度监控装置均不能正常工作,这时如果有人进入泵房操作将不会被记录,对泵房安全造成威胁。

实用新型目的:本实用新型的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足,提供一种新型智能泵站,提高了能源的利用率。
技术方案:本实用新型所述的一种新型智能泵站,其目的是这样实现的:
新型智能泵站,包括泵房,所述泵房内设有电气箱、监控装置和温湿度计,所述电气箱、监控装置和温湿度计安装于泵房的墙壁上,所述泵房的房顶外侧设有太阳能电板,所述电气箱内设有蓄电装置,太阳能电板与蓄电装置电连接,将采集到的电能储存到蓄电装置内,所述蓄电装置与电气箱、监控装置和温湿度计电连接,给监控装置和温湿度计供电。
所述泵房内还设有监控装置的自启动开关,所示自启动开关设置在泵房的门边墙壁上,当泵房的门开启时,自动启动监控装置对泵房内进行监控。
有益效果:本实用新型所述的太阳能自供电的移动泵房,通过泵房房顶的太阳能电板采集电能,储存在蓄电装置内,通过蓄电装置给泵房内的电气箱、监控装置和温湿度计供电;在泵房的门边墙壁上设有自启动开关,当泵房的门开启时,自动启动监控装置对泵房内进行监控。

所述泵房1内还设有监控装置3的自启动开关6,所示自启动开关6设置在泵房1的门边墙壁上,当泵房1的门开启时,自动启动监控装置3对泵房内进行监控。

1.一种新型智能泵站,包括泵房,其特征在于,所述泵站内设有电气控制柜、信号传输单元、视频监控设备、温湿度传感器、太阳能供电系统等,所述泵房采用拼装式安装结构、便于现场拆装,所述电气箱、监控装置和温湿度计安装于泵房的墙壁上,所述泵房的房顶外侧设有太阳能电板,所述电气箱内设有控制单元、传输单元、采集单元、蓄电装置,太阳能电板与蓄电装置电连接,将采集到的电能储存到蓄电装置内,所述蓄电装置与传输单元、视频监控设备和温湿度传感器电连接,给传输单元和温湿度传感器供电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型智能泵站,其特征在于,所述泵房内还设有监控装置的自启动开关,所示自启动开关设置在泵房的门边墙壁上,当泵房的门开启时,自动启动监控装置对泵房内进行监控。
