本实用新型涉及一种培养基盛装器材,更为具体的是涉及一种盖子不易脱落的培养皿。
背景技术
目前,动植物和微生物等细胞或组织的平板培养大多数需要用到培养基,而培养基一般通过培养皿进行盛装,而目前的培养由上盖和下盖两部分组成,上盖和下盖形状相似,区别在于上盖和下盖的直径不同,上盖套于下盖上,从而实现培养基的保护,但由于上盖和下盖只是简单的相接,在放置或运输的过程中容易造成上盖和下盖分离,这样容易导致上盖掉落破碎。
因此,亟需一种能够保证上盖和下盖具有一定的吸附作用的培养皿。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术之缺陷,提供了一种盖子不易脱落的培养皿,该培养皿的上盖和下盖具有一定的吸附作用。
本实用新型的技术方案为:
一种盖子不易脱落的培养皿,由上盖和下盖组成,其中,上盖的顶部内表面设置有与上盖侧面平行并靠近上盖侧面的圆环。
进一步,上盖的顶部直径大于下盖的底部直径,上盖的侧面高度小于下盖的侧面高度,而圆环的侧面高度小于上盖的侧面高度。
进一步改进,圆环的侧面设置有圆环开口,该圆环开口设置于上盖的顶部直径两端所对应的圆环位置。
本实用新型的有益效果:
本实用新型提供一种盖子不易脱落的培养皿,该培养皿通过于上盖设置圆环,当下盖盛装培养基时,圆环底部与培养基表面吸附,从而保证上盖不易脱落,另外,通过在圆环上设置开口,可保证培养基与外部的空气交换。

如图1~3所示,一种盖子不易脱落的培养皿,由上盖1和下盖2组成,下盖用于盛装培养基3,如琼脂,而上盖则起到对培养基的保护作用。上盖顶部和下盖底部均呈圆形,其中,上盖顶部的直径大于下盖底部的直径,从而使上盖套于下盖上,这与传统的培养皿一致,而作为改进,本实用新型在上盖的顶部内表面设置有与上盖侧面平行并靠近上盖侧面的圆环11,该圆环的侧面高度略小于上盖侧面高度,上盖1与下盖2嵌套时,下盖2的顶部通过上盖侧面与圆环所形成的空间并与上盖顶部内表面相接,而内环则与培养基表面相接,从而利用培养基表面张力吸附上盖,防止上盖脱落。另外,上盖1的侧面高度小于下盖侧面高度,该设置可使放于桌面的培养皿很方便地拿起来。圆环的侧面还设置有圆环开口,该圆环开口12设置于上盖顶部直径两端所对应的圆环位置,即直径两端所对应的圆环上各有一个圆形开口12,从而将圆环分隔成对称的两部分,该设置有利于保持培养基与外部的空气交换。

1.一种盖子不易脱落的培养皿,由上盖和下盖组成,其特征在于:所述上盖的顶部内表面设置有与上盖侧面平行并靠近上盖侧面的圆环,所述圆环的侧面设置有圆环开口,所述圆环开口设置于上盖顶部直径两端所对应的圆环位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的培养皿,其特征在于:所述上盖的顶部直径大于下盖的底部直径。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的培养皿,其特征在于:所述上盖的侧面高度小于下盖的侧面高度。
4.根据权利要求3所述的培养皿,其特征在于:所述圆环的侧面高度小于上盖的侧面高度。
