Abstract

本实用新型是用化纤织物增强的聚酯蜂窝斜管,是对现有斜管的改进,属于水处理器材。本实用新型是以化纤织物为增强材料,与不饱和聚酯树脂在常温下固化组合而成。它的优点是抗拉、抗弯强度高,制品坚韧,不易碎裂,耐气候老化性能好,不易变形,安全无毒,比水重,而且制品工作表面有较高的光滑度,因而具有良好的滑泥性能。

Description

本实用新型属于水处理器材。
目前用于净水装置中的斜管,大都采用玻璃纤维增强塑料如酚醛玻璃钢制成,或者是热塑性塑料如聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯等塑料制品。它们各具优点,但作为水处理装置,在使用性能上存在着明显的缺点,例如:酚醛玻璃钢斜管,第一、由于受生产工艺条件的限制,制品的工作表面比较粗糙,滑泥性能不够理想;第二、难以对安装拼接时形成的切割断面进行再封闭,致使断面上的玻璃纤维散析逸入水中,污染水质,贻害人体;第三,酚醛玻璃钢性脆,斜管端部容易受到机械损伤,或者在安装时被踩碎裂,影响使用效果。聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯等塑料制品,表面虽能达到一定的光滑度,但材料的抗拉强度和弯曲强度低,容易变形,而且耐气候老化性能差。此外,聚氯乙烯制品有毒,因而使用受到限制。聚乙烯、聚丙烯制品由于比重小于1,用作水处理装置,还得采取人工迫沉措施,因而增加了费用,又影响净水效果。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种用化纤织物增强的聚酯蜂窝斜管,这种斜管既有玻璃钢斜管耐老化、刚性好、寿命长、比水重的特点,又有塑料斜管安全无毒的优点,它光滑如镜的工作表面,使它具有比塑料斜管更为理想的滑泥性能。
本实用新型是如此实现的:它是以化纤织物为增强材料,与不饱和聚酯树脂在常温下固化组合而成,因此工艺简便。其壁厚为0.2~0.8mm,内切园直径为∮19~∮100mm,化纤织物包括:涤纶、腈纶、维纶、锦纶、氯纶、丙纶、化纤混纺以及化纤与棉纤混纺织物。
本实用新型不仅抗拉强度、弯曲强度较高,制品坚韧,不易碎裂,耐气候老化性能好,不易变形,安全无毒、比水重,而且制品工作表面有较高的光滑度,所以具有良好的滑泥性能。此外,由于粘接工艺简便,可先制成半六角形片状半成品,因此大大缩小了包装体积,节省了运输费用,也减少了运输破损。

Claims (3)

1、一种用于水处理装置的蜂窝斜管,由增强材料和合成树脂组合而成,其特征是增强材料为化纤织物[1],合成树脂为不饱和聚酯树脂[2]。
2、按权利要求1所述的蜂窝斜管,其特征是增强材料所用的化纤织物[1],包括:涤纶、腈纶、维纶、锦纶、氯纶、丙纶、化纤混纺以及化纤与棉纤混纺织物。
3、按权利要求1、2所述的蜂窝斜管,其特征是壁厚为0.2~0.8mm,内切园直径为∮19~∮100mm。
