本具体实施方式的工作原理为：通过低压室3、变压室4、高压室5实现电压的转换，在高压室5内设置避雷器10，使得高压室实现有效的防护，在使用时，由散热风扇11实现散热，散热时由聚风罩12聚风，使用方便，操作简便，工作效率高，且由挡雨棚2实现挡雨，使用方便，使用寿命高。
