本实用新型涉及淋浴设备领域,特别指一种应用于淋浴设备的流量调节结构。
背景技术
为节约水资源并达到限压保护用水设备及产品的功效，业界在淋浴设备的龙头、花洒、喷头等出水终端的进水口上设置限流装置，市面上此类限流装置结构比较复杂，制作成本高。
实用新型内容
为此，本实用新型提供一种结构简单、成本低廉，并能实现节水限流的淋浴设备流量调节结构。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种淋浴设备流量调节结构，包括有固定套和调节片，所述固定套成型一带敞口的容腔，容腔底部中心处贯设一通孔；所述调节片安装在固定套的容腔内，调节片底部伸入固定套通孔内，调节片底部外径较通孔直径小，调节片底部中央设有一过水孔，并该过水孔的四周径向开设若干切口，相邻两切口间形成可弹性变形的叶片。

采用上述结构，当进水水压增大时，调节片的叶片受水压作用变形外扩，使中间过水孔截面变大以利水流通过，当叶片变形外扩至抵住固定套通孔时，调节片的叶片不能继续变形，达到可控的极限流量，实现节水限流，同时 降低水压对花洒内部构件的冲击，保护设备。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的一种淋浴设备流量调节结构，用于淋浴设备，可安装在龙头、花洒或喷头等出水终端的进水口上，配合图1、2、3所示，流量调节结构包括有固定套1和调节片2，所述固定套1成型一带敞口的容腔11，容腔11底部中心处贯设一通孔12；所述调节片2安装在固定套的容腔11内，调节片2概呈一碗状结构，内壁成型一喇叭状导流面21，调节片2的底部伸入固定套通孔12内，调节片2底部外径较通孔12直径小，调节片2底部中央设有一过水孔22，并该过水孔21的四周径向开设若干切口23，相邻两切口23间形成可弹性变形的叶片24，本案优选切口23呈三等分设置，具体实施不以此为限。
采用上述结构，本实用新型工作原理是：当进水水压较小时，如图4所示，调节片的叶片24未变形，水流直接从中间的过水孔22通过；当进水水压加大时，如图5所示，调节片的叶片24受水压作用变形外扩，使中间过水孔22截面变大以利水流通过，当叶片24变形外扩至抵住固定套通孔12时，调节片的叶片不能继续变形，达到可控的极限流量，实现节水限流，同时降低水压对花洒内部构件的冲击，保护设备。
