背景技术
以往的抗渗试块依靠气泵拆模或者用钢模具组装一个抗渗试块的模具，装置虽然简单但是额外需要气泵等复杂设备，拆模过程中很容易损坏抗渗试块。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种便于携带且拆模过程中不易损坏的抗渗试块的模具。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型是这样实现的：
一种抗渗试块的模具，包括底座和两片侧模，所述两片侧模均通过铰链而与底座连接，所述铰链分别设置在侧模的底部及底座的顶部，所述两片侧模的侧面贴合处设有对应的凹槽以及插条，当两片侧莫贴合后插条嵌入凹槽中从而形成一个防渗密封结构。
所述的抗渗试块的模具，两片侧模的两侧外部均设置耳板，当两片侧模贴合后，通过两对螺栓螺母组件穿过侧模外部的耳板后将侧模紧固。
所述的抗渗试块的模具，两片侧模的外部还设有把手。
本模具采用上述设计，通过插接式的防渗密封结构防止混凝土泄露，同时，采用螺栓螺母组件将模具锁紧；如此实现模具的可靠对接，而采用抓手，使得浇筑完成后的拆模变得更方便。

如图1、图2所示，一种抗渗试块的模具，包括底座1和两片侧模2、4，所述两片侧模2、4均通过铰链7而与底座1连接，所述铰链7分别设置在侧模2、4的底部及1底座的顶部，所述两片侧模2、4的侧面贴合处设有对应的凹槽3以及插条5，当两片侧莫2、4贴合后插条嵌5入凹槽3中从而形成一个防渗密封结构。
所述的抗渗试块的模具，两片侧模2、4的两侧外部均设置耳板8，当两片侧模2、4贴合后，通过两对螺栓螺母组件穿过侧模2、4外部的耳板8后将侧模紧固。
所述的抗渗试块的模具，两片侧模2、4的外部还设有把手6。

2.根据权利要求1所述的抗渗试块的模具，其特征是：两片侧模的两侧外部均设置耳板，当两片侧模贴合后，通过两对螺栓螺母组件穿过侧模外部的耳板后将侧模紧固。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗渗试块的模具，其特征是：两片侧模的外部还设有把手。
