Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种新型的钨铼热电偶数字温度表,主要由集成OC比较器、A/D转换器、峰值保持器和外围若干电阻、电容组成。其特点是采用简单电路,便可有效地实现钨铼热电偶的非线性补偿,体积小,便于携带,同时量程宽、精度高,在测量范围为400-1900℃内,最大误差小于2℃±1个字。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种数字温度表,是一种新型的钨铼热电偶数字温度表。
随着价格低廉的钨铼热电偶的广泛应用,需要配以相应的数字温度表。目前所采用的数字温度表中,大多采用线性化电路。利用运算放大器,实现线性化,可以达到较高的测量精度。由于钨铼热电偶的温度-电势关系在低中温段为凸型,在高温段为凹型,线性化存在一定的困难。国内现在所研制的钨铼热电偶数字温度表,线路较为复杂,体积较大,携带测量不方便,还没有定型产品。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电路简单,精度高,量程宽的钨铼热电偶数字温度表,解决凸凹型形状曲线的线性化,不仅能补偿凸凹性,还可以改变非线性曲线,采用低功耗元件,实现钨铼热电偶数字温度表轻便,易于携带。
本实用新型的原理框图示于图1。(1)冷端补偿,(2)前置放大,(3)线性化电路,(4)A/D转换器,(5)显示器,(6)电源。
本实用新型的基本电路连接框图示于图2。电路主要由集成OC比较器、A/D转换器、峰值保持器和外围若干电阻、电容组成。热电偶输入毫伏电压,并同冷端温度补偿电压叠加,经前置放大器(2)其输出Vx接A/D转化器的正输入端V+1N,例如,ICL7107的引脚或MC14433的3脚,同时VX送到线性化电路上,线性化电路所用器件是一片集成OC四比较器和外围若干电阻、电容组成,电阻R13、R14支路产生线性化两段的折点,比较器1′的输出经R8接到R6和R7组成的分压支路的A点上,A点电压VO送到A/D转换器的负输入端V_1N上。产生的初值电压VO值,可满足线性化要求,比较器1′的输出再通过比较器2′、3′,控制由R1、R2、R3、R4、R5组成的电阻网络,获得线性化所需的基准电压VR,网络中电压VR接至A/D转换器(4)的基准电压输入端。比较器2′的输出通过电阻R3接至Vx,通过R2接至D点。比较器3′的输出通过电阻R5接至-Vx′,通过R4接至D点,电源VD通过R1接至D点,D点与A/D转换器4的基准电压VR相联。比较器4′的输出经R5接C点,经R12接正电源Vt,经R9接本身负输入端,经电容接地,它的负输入端子除经R9接输出外,经R8接Vx,正输入端子接于R10、R11支路上。比较器4′将Vx反向,便可改变曲线的凹凸性。
在前置放大(2)后,可以加入峰值保持器(15),构成带峰值的数字温度表,Vx可以接至各种控制报警回路。(5)为显示器。
图3是本实用新型实施例的装配示意图,可以同时将钨铼热电偶和其它热电偶(如K)的测量电路放于同一个仪表中。图中(7)上盒盖,(8)下盒盖,(9)电池盒,(10)线路板,(5)显示器,(11)线性化器,(13)峰保/测量转换开关,(14)钨铼/K热电偶转换开关,(12)电池开关。
本实用新型电路简单,体积小,便于携带,同时量程宽,精度高,在测量范围为400-1900℃内,最大误差小于2℃±1个字。

Claims (1)

1、一种钨铼热电偶数字温度表,由冷端补偿、前置放大,线性化电路及A/D转换器所组成,其特征在于比较器2′的输出通过电阻R3接至Vx,通过R2接至D点,比较器3′的输出通过电阻R5至-Vx′,通过R4接至D点,电源VD通过R1接至D点,D点与A/D转换器的基准电压VR相联。
