如图1所示,本实施例的风力发电机用变桨轴承外圈连接板,速搜连接板1连接在变桨轴承外圈和叶片之间,连接板1上均匀开设连接孔2,连接板1外围开设卡槽3,卡槽3配合卡接变桨轴承外圈上设置的卡块,连接板1上还开设将连接板1固定到变桨轴承外圈上的固定孔4,变桨轴承外圈上还固定变桨定位装置,配合的连接板1上开设变桨定位装置让位槽5。
所述风力发电机用变桨轴承外圈连接板安装时,先通过连接板1上开设的卡槽3,配合变桨轴承外圈上的卡块,将连接板1卡接定位到变桨轴承外圈上,再通过螺栓穿过固定孔4将连接板1固定到变桨轴承外圈上,再通过连接件穿过叶片和连接板1上的连接孔2,将叶片和变桨轴承外圈通过连接板1固定连接起来即可。
