背景技术
现有颗粒燃料食品烧烤炉送料机构和送风机构分别独立安装,送料机构将燃料送至燃烧器,送风机构给燃烧器供风,现有燃烧器上设有导风,但是导风效果不好,燃烧器内空气供应不足时,容易造成燃料燃烧不充分。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述技术存在燃烧器导风效果不好的缺陷,提供一种导风效果好,燃烧充分,能源利用率高的智能生物质燃料电烤炉燃烧器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种智能生物质燃料电烤炉燃烧器,包括燃烧池,所述的燃烧池下端连接有加热器,所述的燃烧池侧壁上设有进料孔,所述的燃烧池上方设有用于固定燃烧器位置的固定板,所述的燃烧池下端设有风扇,所述的燃烧池的外壁上沿燃烧池的高度方向设有若干导风槽,所述的导风槽上设有导风孔,所述导风孔将燃烧池的内部和外部贯通。
优选的,所述的导风槽为弧形槽或三角形槽。
进一步的,所述的导风孔沿进风方向自下向上倾斜。导风孔自下向上倾斜,有利于将风导入到燃烧池中。
优选的,所述的导风孔的倾斜角度为30°~40°。
进一步的,所述的燃烧池的内壁上设有导风管,所述的导风管与导风孔连通。设置导风管,可以将风导向至燃烧池内部,有利于燃料的充分燃烧。

如图1-3,一种智能生物质燃料电烤炉燃烧器,包括燃烧池1,燃烧池1下端连接有加热器2,燃烧池1侧壁上设有进料孔11,燃烧池1上方设有用于固定燃烧器位置的固定板12,燃烧池1下端设有风扇3,燃烧池1的外壁上沿燃烧池1的高度方向设有若干导风槽13,导风槽13上设有导风孔14,导风孔14将燃烧池1的内部和外部贯通。导风槽13为弧形槽或三角形槽,本实用新型导风槽13为弧形槽,导风孔14沿进风方向自下向上倾斜。导风孔14的倾斜角度为30°~40°,本实施例中,导风孔14倾斜角度为35°。燃烧池1的内壁上设有导风管15,导风管15与导风孔14连通。
