As shown in fig. 1 to 8, an embodiment of the present invention provides a brake pipe, including: the brake hard pipe 1 and the brake hose 2 are communicated with each other; one end of a brake hard pipe 1 is connected with an automobile booster, the other end of the brake hard pipe 1 is connected with one end of a brake hose 2 through a first connecting part 3, and the other end of the brake hose 2 is connected with an automobile brake caliper 6 through a second connecting part 4; the brake pipeline further comprises a protective sleeve 5 sleeved outside the brake hose 2, and two ends of the protective sleeve 5 are provided with stop structures 51 used for preventing the protective sleeve 5 from being separated from the brake hose 2. The protective sleeve 5 is sleeved outside the brake hose 2, so that on one hand, the extending direction of the brake hose 2 is limited, and the normal circulation of brake fluid is ensured, on the other hand, the protective sleeve plays a role in moving outside the brake hose 2, the brake hose 2 is prevented from being damaged due to accidental rubbing, and the brake hose 2 is prevented from being damaged due to the damage of hard objects such as stones splashed from the road surface, and the service life of the protective sleeve is prolonged.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the protective sleeve 5 includes a spiral structure 52 sleeved outside the brake hose 2, i.e. the protective sleeve 5 is a spring protection structure; wherein, two ends of the spiral structure 52 are respectively connected with the stopping structures 51. In addition, the protective sheath 5 may be a protective structure of other structure, such as a net structure, and both ends of the net structure are respectively connected with the stopping structures. Therefore, the clamping lug of the first joint 32 is matched with the groove on the bracket 31, so that the relative movement between the first joint 32 and the bracket 31 can be limited, a certain limiting effect is achieved, the connecting structure between the first joint 32 and the bracket 31 is firmer, and the connection between the brake hard pipe 1 and the brake hose 2 is ensured.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, the limiting clip 33 is provided with a U-shaped structure, and the first connector 32 is fixed on the bracket 31 through the U-shaped structure, so as to further fasten the connection between the brake hard tube 1 and the brake hose 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the second connection portion 4 includes: a second joint 41 for connecting the brake hose 2 and the automobile brake caliper 6, and a fixing pin 42 provided on the second joint 41 side. Specifically, a threaded hole 61 and a blind hole 62 are arranged on the automobile brake caliper 6; the second joint 41 is a stud structure screwed in the threaded hole 61, the fixing pin 42 is an L-shaped structure, one end of the L-shaped structure is fixedly connected with the stud structure, and the other end of the L-shaped structure penetrates through the blind hole 62. The brake hose 2 and the brake pipe 1 are connected together by a first connection part 3, and the brake hose 2 is fixed to an automobile brake caliper 6 by a second connection part 4. The first connecting part 3 connects the brake hose 2 with the brake hard tube 1 through the first joint 32, and further fixes the brake hose 2 through the limiting clamp 33 to strengthen the connection between the brake hose 2 and the brake hard tube 1; the second connecting portion 4 connects the brake hose 2 with the automobile brake caliper 6 through the second joint 41, and further fastens through the fixing pin 42, so that the connection between the brake hose 2 and the automobile brake caliper 6 is fastened, and the braking performance of the whole automobile is guaranteed.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided an automobile including the brake pipe as described above.
