本实用新型的技术方案是:所述的电缆包括两根绝缘线芯,所述的绝缘线芯由两根分别设有阻燃无卤聚稀烃绝缘层的无氧铜导体绕包双层铝塑复合带构成,所述的绝缘层与复合带之间设有PP绳填充,所述的两根绝缘线芯外设置绕包带成缆芯,所述的两根绝缘线芯与绕包带之间设有PP绳填充,所述的缆芯外粘结纵包铝塑带总屏蔽层,所述的总屏蔽层外设置PE内护层,所述的内护层外设置镀锌钢丝编织层,所述的编织层外设置无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃护套。
本实用新型具有高阻燃、抗拉挡潮、抗磁场和静电干扰、防爆性能好安全系数高,适用于煤井瓦斯防爆性能要求较高的场合,作以计算机为主的自动控制系统,传递设备装置过程变量的检测、控制、连锁、报警等模拟和数字信号。电缆采用阻燃无卤聚稀烃绝缘和高无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃护套,阻燃、低卤无毒;采用不等节距绞合双层铝塑复合带绕包,成缆铝塑带粘结纵包总屏外设置PE内护层,内护层外设置镀锌钢丝编织层的复合结构,抗拉挡潮、抗磁场和静电干扰、防爆性能好安全系数高;有效的保证了电缆在特殊场合信号传输、数据检测的准确性和使用安全性。
