背景技术
目前，在模具加工技术领域中，成型工件是根据产品加工设计而成的，在现有工件中制备的铸铝连接管件多不能达到适于电器领域使用的要求，一般存在结构设计复杂、散热性差、结构设计不合理及稳定性不高的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的克服现有技术的问题提供一种铸铝连接管件。
本实用新型的一种铸铝连接管件，包括连接底板和与连接底板固定连接的连接柱，所述连接底板和连接柱的连接处设有连接轴颈圈，所述连接底板向两侧延伸有梯形的连接翼，所述连接底板或连接翼上设有缆线孔，所述连接柱内设有轴连接腔和底座固定腔，所述轴连接腔和底座固定腔通过连接孔连通，所述连接柱侧壁上设有定位孔。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述连接底板的缆线孔分别在两个同心圆的圆周上，所述连接底板和连接柱通过模具一体压制成型。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述连接底板上设有散热孔，所述散热孔为长圆形；所述散热孔外周设有防水槽。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，所述底座固定腔与散热孔相适配。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进，缆线孔孔径：连接孔孔径：定位孔孔径=1：1-4:2-6。

由于连接底板的缆线孔分别在两个同心圆的圆周上，均匀的分布，安装缆线之后受力均匀，整体安装系统稳定；由于连接底板和连接柱通过模具一体压制成型，能够避免焊接的工件的表面的不平滑且连接稳定；由于连接底板上设有散热孔，所述散热孔为长圆形；能够很好的排出热量，符合安全生产使用的要求。由于散热孔外周设有防水槽，能够有效避免外部的水通过散热孔进入底座固定腔内。由于缆线孔孔径：连接孔孔径：定位孔孔径=1：1-4:2-6。符合行业标准，适于加工制作。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种铸铝连接管件，包括连接底板1和与连接底板1固定连接的连接柱2，连接底板1和连接柱2的连接处设有连接轴颈圈3，连接底板1向两侧延伸有梯形的连接翼4，连接底板1或连接翼4上设有缆线孔5，连接柱2内设有轴连接腔6和底座固定腔7，轴连接腔6和底座固定腔7通过连接孔8连通，连接柱2侧壁上设有定位孔9。
连接底板1的缆线孔5分别在两个同心圆的圆周上，连接底板1和连接柱2通过模具一体压制成型。连接底板1上设有散热孔10，散热孔10为长圆形；散热孔10外周设有防水槽11。底座固定腔7与散热孔10相适配。缆线孔5孔径：连接孔8孔径：定位孔9孔径=1：1-4:2-6。

1.一种铸铝连接管件，其特征在于：包括连接底板（1）和与连接底板（1）固定连接的连接柱（2），所述连接底板（1）和连接柱（2）的连接处设有连接轴颈圈（3），所述连接底板（1）向两侧延伸有梯形的连接翼（4），所述连接底板（1）或连接翼（4）上设有缆线孔（5），所述连接柱（2）内设有轴连接腔（6）和底座固定腔（7），所述轴连接腔（6）和底座固定腔（7）通过连接孔（8）连通，所述连接柱（2）侧壁上设有定位孔（9）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铸铝连接管件，其特征在于：所述连接底板（1）的缆线孔（5）分别在两个同心圆的圆周上，所述连接底板（1）和连接柱（2）通过模具一体压制成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铸铝连接管件，其特征在于：所述连接底板（1）上设有散热孔（10），所述散热孔（10）为长圆形；所述散热孔（10）外周设有防水槽（11）。
4.根据权利要求3所述的铸铝连接管件，其特征在于：所述底座固定腔（7）与散热孔（10）相适配。
5.根据权利要求1所述的铸铝连接管件，其特征在于：缆线孔（5）孔径：连接孔（8）孔径：定位孔（9）孔径=1：1-4:2-6。
