本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种自动采集松树花粉，工作效率高，利用松树花粉破壁、发酵生产具有多种营养物质的营养液的智能松花粉低温破壁设备。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种智能松花粉低温破壁设备，具有：
支架；
震动电机，固定设置在所述支架一端，所述震动电机上设有能够绑在松树的树干上的绑带；
收集斗，固定设置在所述支架的另一端，用于收集松树上抖落的花粉；
储存箱，通过管路与所述收集斗连接，所述储存箱用于存储所述收集斗输出的花粉；
水箱，通过管路与所述收集斗连接，并设有泵将水箱中的水输送到收集斗内；
破碎箱，所述破碎箱中设有可转动的刀片，所述储存箱中的花粉溶液通过管路输送到所述破碎箱中；
发酵池，所述破碎箱中的花粉溶液通过管路输送到所述发酵池中。
连接所述收集斗和存储箱的管路上也设有泵。
所述管路为软管。
上述技术方案中的一个技术方案具有如下优点或有益效果，通过震动电机震动树干，将花粉抖落，落入收集斗内，收集斗内通过水流的带动将花粉输送到存储箱中，再从存储箱输送到破壁箱中进行破壁，之后进入发酵箱中发酵，实现花粉的自动采集，节省人力，工作效率高，生产出具有多种营养成分的营养液。

支架；
震动电机，固定设置在支架一端，震动电机上设有能够绑在松树的树干上的绑带；
收集斗，固定设置在支架的另一端，用于收集松树上抖落的花粉；
储存箱，通过管路与收集斗连接，储存箱用于存储收集斗输出的花粉；
水箱，通过管路与收集斗连接，并设有泵将水箱中的水输送到收集斗内。
震动电机震动树干，将花粉抖落，落入收集斗内，通过水箱向收集斗内输送水，水流带动花粉通过管路进入存储箱中，解决了花粉堆积在收集斗内不易输送的问题；
破碎箱，破碎箱中设有可转动的刀片，储存箱中的花粉溶液通过管路输送到破碎箱中；刀片切割花粉，对花粉进行破壁处理，析出更多营养物质，工作原理类似豆浆机。
发酵池，破碎箱中的花粉溶液通过管路输送到发酵池中。
连接收集斗和存储箱的管路上也设有泵，通过泵控制花粉向存储箱中输送的速度。
管路为软管，能够改变形状，适应不同高度、形状的松树。
采用上述的结构后，通过震动电机震动树干，将花粉抖落，落入收集斗内，收集斗内通过水流的带动将花粉输送到存储箱中，再从存储箱输送到破壁箱中进行破壁，之后进入发酵箱中发酵，实现花粉的自动采集，节省人力，工作效率高，生产出具有多种营养成分的营养液。

支架；
震动电机，固定设置在所述支架一端，所述震动电机上设有能够绑在松树的树干上的绑带；

储存箱，通过管路与所述收集斗连接，所述储存箱用于存储所述收集斗输出的花粉；
水箱，通过管路与所述收集斗连接，并设有泵将水箱中的水输送到收集斗内；
破碎箱，所述破碎箱中设有可转动的刀片，所述储存箱中的花粉溶液通过管路输送到所述破碎箱中；
发酵池，所述破碎箱中的花粉溶液通过管路输送到所述发酵池中。
