背景技术
为了保护太阳能电池板,需要在电池板的表面覆盖上背膜,但是现有的固定装置的凸齿容易沾染污物,这样可能会把污物压在背膜之上,从而影响到背膜的质量。

为了克服现有的固定装置可能会污染背膜的不足,本实用新型提供了清刷型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:清刷型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置,包括底座、固定座、液压杆、压板、基板、固定块、凹槽、凸齿和电池板,固定座下端通过液压杆和压板固定连接,压板两端分别设有凸齿,电池板两端设有基板,电池板置于底座上端,固定块分别与基板外侧相贴合,基板上端设有凹槽,凹槽与凸齿相配合,压板固定连接有副液压杆,副液压杆底端设有环体,凸齿套设在环体内,环体内壁上设有毛刷体,毛刷体与凸齿相贴合,副液压杆通过螺栓与压板外侧固定连接,环体上端设有水仓,水仓与毛刷体相连通,该固定装置能够自动对凸齿进行清污作业,避免了背膜被污染,节约了成本,提高了功效。

如图1是本实用新型的结构示意图,清刷型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置,包括底座1、固定座2、液压杆3、压板4、基板5、固定块6、凹槽7、凸齿8和电池板9,固定座2下端通过液压杆3和压板4固定连接,压板4两端分别设有凸齿8,电池板9两端设有基板5,电池板9置于底座1上端,固定块6分别与基板5外侧相贴合,基板5上端设有凹槽7,凹槽7与凸齿8相配合,压板4固定连接有副液压杆10,副液压杆10底端设有环体11,凸齿8套设在环体11内,环体11内壁上设有毛刷体12,毛刷体12与凸齿8相贴合,副液压杆10通过螺栓13与压板4外侧固定连接,环体11上端设有水仓14,水仓14与毛刷体12相连通。
要进行背膜安装时,把两边的固定块夹持住基板5,再启动液压杆3,使得液压杆3带动压板4往下压,这样利用压板4下端的凸齿8,把背膜压在基板5的凹槽7之内,实现背膜固定。当需要清理凸齿8上的污物时,只需要启动副液压杆10进行伸缩,这样环体11就能够利用其内部的毛刷体12对凸齿8进行污物清除,而水仓14内的清洁液会渗入到毛刷体12上,可以增加清污的效果。该固定装置能够自动对凸齿进行清污作业,避免了背膜被污染,节约了成本,提高了功效。

1.清刷型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置,包括底座(1)、固定座(2)、液压杆(3)、压板(4)、基板(5)、固定块(6)、凹槽(7)、凸齿(8)和电池板(9),固定座(2)下端通过液压杆(3)和压板(4)固定连接,压板(4)两端分别设有凸齿(8),电池板(9)两端设有基板(5),电池板(9)置于底座(1)上端,固定块(6)分别与基板(5)外侧相贴合,基板(5)上端设有凹槽(7),凹槽(7)与凸齿(8)相配合,其特征是,压板(4)固定连接有副液压杆(10),副液压杆(10)底端设有环体(11),凸齿(8)套设在环体(11)内,环体(11)内壁上设有毛刷体(12),毛刷体(12)与凸齿(8)相贴合,副液压杆(10)通过螺栓(13)与压板(4)外侧固定连接,环体(11)上端设有水仓(14),水仓(14)与毛刷体(12)相连通。
