本实用新型涉及一种车用配件，特别涉及一种车用节气门位置传感器。
背景技术
车用节气门位置传感器主要用于检测汽车节气门的位置和开度，检测到节气门的信号后，将其信号输出至控制系统。
传统的车用节气门位置传感器主要由壳体，设于壳体内的芯子、与芯子联动的电刷片、可与电刷片处于多种接触状态的线路板及与线路板电连接的导电插片，芯子外包覆有铜车件。芯子相对于设置电刷片一端的另一端处设有与其铰接定位的摆动块，摆动块与壳体之间设有弹簧。
此类传感器的芯子与壳体之间缺少密封，外部或车内的介质容易进入到芯子的电刷片处，导致电刷片与线路板之间接触时出现接触不良的情况，使传感器不能及时的产生电压信号，对节气门的位置及开度信号也就无法及时的发送给控制系统，影响了汽车的正常运行。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型提供了一种防水、密封性好、结构简单的车用节气门位置传感器。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供了如下技术方案：一种车用节气门位置传感器，包括有壳体，设于壳体内的芯子、与芯子联动的电刷片、可与电刷片处于多种接触状态的线路板及与线路板电连接的导电插片，芯子外包覆有铜车件，芯子相对于设置电刷片一端的另一端处设有与其铰接定位的摆动块，摆动块与壳体之间设有弹簧，其特征在于：所述壳体上相对于安装摆动块一端的另一端处设有与壳体可拆卸的盖体，盖体的边缘与壳体之间设有密封圈，所述的摆动块朝向壳体的一端设有密封波纹管，该密封波纹管的轴向一端与摆动块连接，另一端与壳体连接。
采用上述技术方案，通过在壳体上相对于安装摆动块一端的另一端设置与壳体可拆卸的盖体，其是为了防止介质由盖体的安装处进入到电刷片与线路板的联动处，盖体上密封圈的设置则可起到防水密封的作用；摆动块处密封波纹管的设置则是为了防止介质由芯子的上部进入，同样具有防水密封的效果。上述结构的设置使芯子处于壳体内得到较为完善的密封，能够有效的防止电刷片与线路板之间出现接触不良的情况，使传感器更为灵敏。
本实用新型进一步设置为：铜车件的外周面与壳体之间设有密封缺槽，该密封缺槽的纵向两端分别设有压圈，两压圈之间设有石墨密封块。
采用上述技术方案，这样设置可更进一步的保证密封效果。
本实用新型更进一步设置为：芯子通过连接盘与电刷片连接，该连接盘与铜车件之间设有波纹垫圈。
采用上述技术方案，这样设置是为了防止芯子在旋转过程中，其上的连接盘与铜车件发生摩擦而造成磨损，对连接盘及铜车件分别具有保护作用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种车用节气门位置传感器，包括有壳体1，设于壳体1内的芯子2、与芯子2联动的电刷片21、可与电刷片21处于多种接触状态的线路板3及与线路板3电连接的导电插片4，芯子2外包覆有铜车件5，芯子2相对于设置电刷片21一端的另一端处设有与其铰接定位的摆动块6，摆动块6与壳体1之间设有弹簧61，壳体1上相对于安装摆动块6一端的另一端处设有与壳体1可拆卸的盖体11，盖体11的边缘与壳体1之间设有密封圈12，摆动块6朝向壳体1的一端设有密封波纹管62，该密封波纹管62的轴向一端与摆动块6连接，另一端与壳体1连接。上述方案中，通过在壳体1上相对于安装摆动块6一端的另一端设置与壳体1可拆卸的盖体11，其是为了防止介质由盖体11的安装处进入到电刷片21与线路板3的联动处，盖体11上密封圈12的设置则可起到防水密封的作用；摆动块6处密封波纹管62的设置则是为了防止介质由芯子2的上部进入，同样具有防水密封的效果。上述结构的设置使芯子2处于壳体1内得到较为完善的密封，能够有效的防止电刷片21与线路板3之间出现接触不良的情况，使传感器更为灵敏。
在本实用新型实施例中，为了更进一步的提高密封性能，铜车件5的外周面与壳体1之间设有密封缺槽13，该密封缺槽13的纵向两端分别设有压圈51，两压圈51之间设有石墨密封块52。当然，需要说明的是，该处也可设置多层密封圈，也是可行的。
本实用新型实施中的芯子2通过连接盘22与电刷片21连接，由于芯子2在运行时为旋转状态，为了防止芯子2在旋转过程中，其上的连接盘22与铜车件5发生摩擦而造成磨损，该连接盘22与铜车件5之间设有波纹垫圈7。

1.一种车用节气门位置传感器，包括有壳体，设于壳体内的芯子、与芯子联动的电刷片、可与电刷片处于多种接触状态的线路板及与线路板电连接的导电插片，芯子外包覆有铜车件，芯子相对于设置电刷片一端的另一端处设有与其铰接定位的摆动块，摆动块与壳体之间设有弹簧，其特征在于：所述壳体上相对于安装摆动块一端的另一端处设有与壳体可拆卸的盖体，盖体的边缘与壳体之间设有密封圈，所述的摆动块朝向壳体的一端设有密封波纹管，该密封波纹管的轴向一端与摆动块连接，另一端与壳体连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车用节气门位置传感器，其特征在于：所述的铜车件的外周面与壳体之间设有密封缺槽，该密封缺槽的纵向两端分别设有压圈，两压圈之间设有石墨密封块。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车用节气门位置传感器，其特征在于：所述芯子通过连接盘与电刷片连接，该连接盘与铜车件之间设有波纹垫圈。
