[0001]本实用新型属于大地及工程测量技术领域,尤其涉及一种不受地形环境限制,可有效提高水准测量工作效率和可靠性的尺仪一体化快速水准测量装置。
背景技术
[0002]传统的水准测量装置是由一个水准仪和两个水准标尺组成。测量时先将两个水准标尺分别置于地面上的A、B两点,再将水准仪设置在A、B两点的中间位置,为了保证测量精度,一般要求水准仪距两个水准标尺的水平距离相等或大致相等。利用整平后水准仪的水平视线分别照准读取两个水准标尺的标高数值,所测标高数值之差即为地面A、B两点的水准高差,若已知其中一点的高程,即可由高差推算出另一点的高程。传统的水准测量装置及相应的作业方法存在如下不足:(1)三点配置、异步观测,测量工作效率低。因为在复杂的地形环境中实现水准仪和水准标尺三点之间位置的合理配置,往往耗费测量人员大量的精力和时间,同时先后分别照准标尺观测读数的异步观测又增加了观测时间,均影响了水准测量的工作效率,并且当遇到陡坡、坑洼、水塘、沟渠、沟壑、江河、山区等复杂地形环境时,往往不能将水准仪架设在两个水准标尺的中间位置,导致水准测量无法实施。(2)单观测系统,测量可靠性低。即传统水准测量装置仅采用一台水准仪进行测量,不能对测量的高差数据进行多观测系统的可靠性检核,通常为了提高水准测量的可靠性,往往采用往返测量检核模式,这样做同样耗费测量人员大量的精力和时间,影响水准测量的工作效率;(3)水准仪、脚架、水准标尺及辅助尺垫分离设置,不便于携带和安置使用,在连续进行水准测量时,同样耗费测量人员大量的精力和时间,影响水准测量的工作效率。
[0003] 专利申请号为201210466871.3的中国实用新型专利,公开了一种“对偶式观测用尺仪合一复合水准仪”(以下简称复合水准仪),其结构是设有柱形尺体及水准器,在柱形尺体的同一柱面上固定有与柱形尺体轴线平行的水准标尺及可上下滑动的观测单元,所述观测单元有相互固定连接的对方高度信号测定器和本方高度信号测定器,对方高度信号测定器的视准轴与柱形尺体轴线垂直。水准测量时,需要将柱形尺体(水准标尺)的下端置于辅助尺垫上,同时需要使用三腿脚架固定柱形尺体(水准标尺),通过观测水准器等将柱形尺体(水准标尺)整平后,再进行观测……。此专利申请的进步点是:首次将水准仪安置在水准标尺上,实现了水准仪和水准标尺的一体化,可采用对偶观测原理,将传统水准测量装置的三点配置改为两点配置,并且实现了双系统的同步观测,克服了现有技术存在的不足。然而,上述专利申请仍存在如下不足:(I)脚架、水准标尺及辅助尺垫分离设置,移站后均需组合后再进行水准测量,组合操作费时费力,不仅影响水准测量的工作效率,而且还会影响到连续观测的准确性,甚至会在组合过程中损坏水准标尺;(2)使用三腿脚架时与水准标尺构成四点落地,难以平衡、稳定安置;当地面高差较大,升高或降低高度信号测定器(水准仪)架设高度后,测量员受身体因素限制无法通过目镜进行瞄准和调焦;脚架安置后标尺不能相对于脚架(地面)转动,调直和瞄准操作步骤难以协调导致无法作业。
发明内容

[0005]本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种尺仪一体化快速水准测量装置,由表面带刻度分划的水准标尺、水准器、高度测定器、观测手簿、辅助支架及辅助尺垫构成,所述高度测定器通过第一连接件与水准标尺相接;所述观测手簿通过第二连接件与水准标尺固定连接,高度测定器的信号输出端与观测手簿的数据处理模块相接;所述辅助支架通过第三连接件与水准标尺固定连接,水准标尺可相对于辅助支架水平转动;所述辅助尺垫通过第四连接件与水准标尺固定连接,水准标尺可相对于辅助尺垫转动。

[0015]如图1、2、3、4、5、6所示:有用金属、塑料或木材等制成的、表面带刻度分划的2〜4米高的水准标尺I,在水准标尺I中部还固定连接有水准器2,水准器2采用二个正交安置的管水准器。通过第一连接件7将高度测定器3固定在水准标尺I上,第一连接件7由标尺连接件71和托架72构成,标尺连接件71采用U型固定环及紧固螺栓等,托架72采用卡槽或托板,高度测定器3置于托架72上。高度测定器3由物镜31、调焦透镜32、自动水平视线补偿器33、分光镜34、十字丝分划板35、电子读数器36,电子目镜37沿水平方向依次排列组成,还设有控制调焦透镜32的调焦螺旋38及电源模块39。来自物镜31、调焦透镜32、自动水平视线补偿器33的光线经分光镜34,一路至电子读数器36,电子读数器36采用CXD等图像处理器,另一路至十字丝分划板35和电子目镜37等图像监视器。通过第二连接件8将观测手簿4固定在水准标尺I中部,第二连接件8由标尺连接件81和手簿夹具82构成,标尺连接件81采用U型固定环或线型固定条及紧固螺栓或G型夹等,标尺连接件81与手簿夹具82固定连接,观测手簿4置于手簿夹具82内。观测手簿4由数据处理模块41、通信模块42、显示屏43及按键44连接组成,数据处理模块41与高度测定器3的电子读数器36及电子目镜37的信号输出端相接,显示屏43则可显示来自电子目镜37的图像信息和来自电子读数器36观测读数信息,观测手簿4还设有电源模块45。通过第三连接件9将水准标尺I与辅助支架5固定相接,第三连接件9采用U型固定环及紧固螺栓,辅助支架5有横向基架51,与横向基架51垂直转动相接有两个在横向基架51上呈正交安置且可伸缩的支腿52,可根据地形随意调节支腿52的张角和长度,可伸缩的支腿52与脚踏53相接,在横向基架51上设有微调装置54(调节螺丝),可控制第三连接件9的转动角度。通过第四连接件10将辅助尺垫6通过第四连接件10与水准标尺I固定连接,第四连接件10采用U型固定环及拉紧锁扣等,辅助尺垫6设有连接杆6-1,连接杆6-1下端与球体6-2固定相接,连接杆6-1的中心线穿过球体6-2的球心;球体6-2外面套有可与球体6-2形成球头节的球套6-3,球套6-3外侧与水平挡片6-4相接,第四连接件10底部与连接杆6-1的上端相接。水平挡片6-4采用三叶型或圆型,在水平挡片6-4的下面固定连接或转动连接有支脚63。

[0018]测量员首先将水准尺仪A的辅助尺垫6放置于Pl地面测量点上,使水准标尺I带刻度分划的一面大致面向P2点的对方水准尺仪B,然后根据地形安置辅助支架5的支腿52的张角并用脚踩住辅助支架5的脚踏53,分别用手调节二个支腿52的长度使水准器2的气泡居中(此时水准标尺I已处于垂直状态),再通过观察显示屏43的物镜图像、控制辅助支架5的调节螺丝54使柱形尺体I上高度测定器3的物镜31及显示屏43显示的十字丝分划板35的竖丝,精确照准对方水准尺仪B的水准标尺I,再进一步控制高度测定器3的调焦螺旋38使显示屏43中柱形尺体I的刻度分划图像实现精确调焦。此时水准尺仪A已达到调直、精确照准的观测状态。水准尺仪B的工作过程同步同理进行。

[0022]工作过程同实施例1基本相同,不同之处如下:安置辅助支架5时不再使用脚踏53,而是将脚轮55固定使水准尺仪与地面稳定接触,然后通过分别伸缩二个正交的支腿52可快速使对应的管水准器2的气泡大致居中,再通过调节调直微调装置51-3使管水准器2的气泡快速精确居中。当地面高差较大时可快速移动标尺连接件71的滑块74及托架72,使高度测定器3处于合适的观测高度。当需要永久保留硬质路面地面点的高度时,可收起辅助尺垫6的三个外围支脚63,使中心支脚独立安置于地面点。

1.一种尺仪一体化快速水准测量装置,由表面带刻度分划的水准标尺(I)、水准器(2)、高度测定器(3)、观测手簿(4)、辅助支架(5)及辅助尺垫(6)构成,其特征在于:所述高度测定器(3)通过第一连接件(7)与水准标尺(I)相接;所述观测手簿(4)通过第二连接件(8)与水准标尺(I)固定连接,高度测定器(3)的信号输出端与观测手簿(4)的数据处理模块(41)相接;所述辅助支架(5)通过第三连接件(9)与水准标尺(I)固定连接,水准标尺(I)可相对于辅助支架(5)水平转动;所述辅助尺垫(6)通过第四连接件(10)与水准标尺(I)固定连接,水准标尺(I)可相对于辅助尺垫(6)转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的尺仪一体化快速水准测量装置,其特征在于:所述辅助支架(5)有横向基架(51),与横向基架(51)垂直转动相接有两个可伸缩的支腿(52),可伸缩的支腿(52)下端均与脚轮(55)相接,两个脚轮(55)之间设有连接杆(56)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的尺仪一体化快速水准测量装置,其特征在于:所述第三连接件(9)置于横向基架(51)内侧且与横向基架(51)通过竖向转轴(92)转动相接,在横向基架(51)与第三连接件(9)之间设有微调装置(54)。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的尺仪一体化快速水准测量装置,其特征 在于:所述辅助尺垫(6)设有连接杆(6-1),连接杆(6-1)下端与球体(6-2 )固定相接,所述连接杆(6-1)的中心线穿过球体(6-2)的球心;球体(6-2)外面套有可与球体(6-2)形成球头节的球套(6-3),球套(6-3)外侧与水平挡片(6-4)相接,在水平挡片(6-4)下面设有支脚(63)。
