本实用新型公开了一种移动定量喷雾装置，包括移动平台，所述移动平台的下部设有行走轮，所述移动平台的上部设有补料桶、定量筒、补料泵和喷洒泵；所述补料桶与补料泵的进口连通，所述定量筒与补料泵的出口连通，所述喷洒泵的进口与定量筒连通，所述喷洒泵的出口连接喷管；所述定量筒内设有能控制补料泵和喷洒泵工作的液位开关；所述补料桶设有一进料管。本实用新型可以完成自动补料、定量喷洒的操作，无需人工喷洒，喷洒更均匀、量更精确，喷洒效率更高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种移动定量喷雾装置。
背景技术
目前我公司进行生产时，丽多朴喷雾时使用喷雾器人工喷雾，喷洒不均匀达不到防结块的效果；另外喷洒量也不好控制，一桶药液喷洒完成后需要人工补料，操作繁琐，效率低下。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种能够自动补料、定量自动喷洒的移动定量喷雾装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用下述技术方案：一种移动定量喷雾装置，包括移动平台，所述移动平台的下部设有行走轮，所述移动平台的上部设有补料桶、定量筒、补料泵和喷洒泵；所述补料桶与补料泵的进口连通，所述定量筒与补料泵的出口连通，所述喷洒泵的进口与定量筒连通，所述喷洒泵的出口连接喷管；所述定量筒内设有能控制补料泵和喷洒泵工作的液位开关；所述补料桶设有一进料管。
所述液位开关采用浮球式液位开关。
使用时，当定量筒内的药液被喷出，液位到达预设液位时液位开关控制补料泵开启，同时喷洒泵关闭，对定量筒内进行补料，当补料到预设液位时，液位开关控制补料泵停止工作，在补料的同时推动移动平台到下一个需要喷洒的地点，补料完成后手动开启喷洒泵进行喷洒。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型可以完成自动补料、定量喷洒的操作，无需人工喷洒，喷洒更均匀、量更精确，喷洒效率更高。

如图1所示的一种移动定量喷雾装置，包括移动平台1，移动平台1的下部设有行走轮2，移动平台1的上部设有补料桶3、定量筒4、补料泵5和喷洒泵6；补料桶3与补料泵5的进口连通，定量筒4与补料泵5的出口连通，喷洒泵6的进口与定量筒4连通，喷洒泵6的出口连接喷管8；定量筒4内设有能控制补料泵5和喷洒泵6工作的液位开关7；补料桶3设有一用于向补料桶3内打料的进料管9；液位开关7采用浮球式液位开关。
