本实用新型涉及农用机械领域，具体讲是一种残膜回收机。
背景技术
近年来，地膜在农业种植中得到广泛的使用，同时由于地膜具有降解时间长的缺点，所以残膜的回收成为人们关注的问题，目前而言，残膜的回收大部分采用手工清除的方式，这种方式劳动强度高、劳动量大、工作效率低而且不易达到彻底清除的目的。
中国发明专利CN 103891436 A中公开了一种地表残膜回收机，这种机械包括机架、输膜轮、轴承、传动装置、起膜铲、脱膜轮和残膜箱，由于其输膜轮上的轮齿呈笔直状所以很容易造成已收集的残膜脱落，不能达到彻底清除的目的，同时输膜轮带动脱模轮运行，对机器的能量消耗较大，使用成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种充分回收残膜，减少机器能量消耗，提高工作效率的残膜回收机。
为解决上述问题本实用新型所述的一种残膜回收机，包括机架、滚轮和收膜箱，其特征在于：所述机架前部设有所述滚轮，其后部设有所述收膜箱；所述滚轮表面设有均匀分布的回收齿，该回收齿呈弯曲状,且中部通过弹簧连接；所述收膜箱上方的所述机架上固定有脱膜条，该脱膜条与所述回收齿相接触。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果在于：
本实用新型通过弯曲的回收齿，在滚轮转动过程收集废膜，废膜缠绕在回收齿上通过脱膜条脱膜，完成收集，使残膜充分回收，减少机器能量消耗，提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
根据附图1、2所示，一种残膜回收机，包括机架1、滚轮2和收膜箱5，机架1前部设有滚轮2，其后部设有收膜箱5；滚轮2表面设有均匀分布的回收齿3，该回收齿3呈弯曲状，且中部通过弹簧连接；收膜箱5上方的机架1上固定有脱膜条4，该脱膜条4与回收齿3相接触。
残膜回收机工作时，滚轮2在外部动力的作用下向前运动，在前进的过程中，滚轮2上的回收齿3插入地面将附着于地表的残膜缠绕在回收齿3上，同时，在滚轮2经过脱膜条4时，脱膜条4与缠绕有残膜的回收齿3发生接触，使弯曲状态的回收齿3变成直线状，从而使残膜由回收齿3脱落，落入下方的收膜箱5中。

1.一种残膜回收机，包括机架（1）、滚轮（2）和收膜箱（5），其特征在于：所述机架（1）前部设有所述滚轮（2），其后部设有所述收膜箱（5）；所述滚轮（2）表面设有均匀分布的回收齿（3），该回收齿（3）呈弯曲状,且中部通过弹簧连接；所述收膜箱（5）上方的所述机架（1）上固定有脱膜条（4），该脱膜条（4）与所述回收齿（3）相接触。
