本实用新型涉及一种数控机床电机编码器电池盒,包括盒体、接线插头,其特征在于盒体一侧壁为可以开启、关闭的盒盖,盒盖表面沿长度方向对称设置有滑行卡槽,滑行卡槽可与伺服驱动器上的滑道相配合,接线插头一端与电池盒内的电池电连接,另一端从电池盒体顶部引出至电池盒体外,插接在伺服驱动器上的插座上为编码器供电,与盒盖相邻的盒体两侧壁上设置有通风孔。其特点是:电池盒用于承担外力作用,保护电池不受损坏,接线插头不用承受外力拉拽,保证机床使用过程中电机编码器的稳定性。盒体采用塑料绝缘材质,能防止电池导电漏电。电池盒结构简单,安装、拆卸和更换电池操作方便快捷。

背景技术
目前,数控机床电机编码器用于位置记忆的电源电池,都是裸露安装在伺服驱动设备上,电池的接线插头承受着拉力。这种安装结构存在着电池易脱落,接线插头被挂碰导致损坏并断开电源的问题,影响编码器位置记忆工作的稳定性,易造成机床故障。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种制造成本低、安装方便、保证电源电池工作稳定的数控机床电机编码器电池盒。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种数控机床电机编码器电池盒,包括盒体、接线插头,其特征在于盒体一侧壁为可以开启、关闭的盒盖,盒盖表面沿长度方向对称设置有滑行卡槽,滑行卡槽可与伺服驱动器上的滑道相配合,接线插头一端与电池盒内的电池电连接,另一端从电池盒体顶部引出至电池盒体外,插接在伺服驱动器上的插座上为编码器供电,与盒盖相邻的盒体两侧壁上设置有通风孔。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:
如图1所示,本实用新型电池盒的长条形盒体1的一侧壁为可以开启、关闭的盒盖2,盒盖表面沿长度方向对称设置有滑行卡槽3,接线插头4的一端与电池盒内的电池电连接,另一端从电池盒体顶部引出至电池盒体外,插接在伺服驱动器插座上,为编码器供电。在与盒盖相邻的盒体两侧壁上间隔设置有长条形通风孔5。
如图2所示,安装电池盒时,将电池盒盖上的滑行卡槽从上至下插入到数控机床伺服驱动器上的滑道6内,并保持在滑道上,两者之间形成良好结合。更换电池时,断开接线插头的连接,将电池盒从伺服驱动器滑道上取出即可完成电池更换。
