本实用新型解决所述技术问题的技术方案是,设计一种Under Glass指纹传感器,其特征在于,包括玻璃板、IR LED、光耦合器、A/D转换器和数位图形处理器;所述玻璃板的厚度为1mm;所述IR LED产生光源并穿透手指,所述光耦合器接收从手指穿透的光源信号,A/D转换器将光耦合器的光源信号转换成数字信号并发送给数位图像处理器,数位图像处理器对数字信息进行处理并形成指纹图像。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型设计的指纹传感器,主要元件可隐藏于玻璃底下,不需要进行破孔处理,可实现全平面玻璃盖板。调整红外线IR LED特定光谱波长,来达到穿透1mm厚度玻璃功能,利用校正后的演算法计算出IR反射和折射。与传统的指纹传感器相比,应用范围更广,能满足不同的外观设计要求。
