背景技术
配电箱是数据上的海量参数，一般是构成低压林按电气接线，要求将开关设备、测量仪表、保护电器和辅助设备组装在封闭或半封闭金属柜中或屏幅上，构成低压配电箱。正常运行时可借助手动或自动开关接通或分断电路。电箱的用途：合理的分配电能，方便对电路的开合操作。有较高的安全防护等级，能直观的显示电路的导通状态。
配电箱是按电气接线要求将开关设备、测量仪表、保护电器和辅助设备组装在封闭或半封闭金属柜中或屏幅上，构成低压配电箱。正常运行时可借助手动或自动开关接通或分断电路。故障或不正常运行时借助保护电器切断电路或报警。借测量仪表可显示运行中的各种参数，还可对某些电气参数进行调整，对偏离正常工作状态进行提示或发出信号。
现有配电箱作为一个辅助电气设备，广泛应用于各大企业、工厂，当现场空间太小，还需要设置多个配电箱的情况下，容易出现配电箱过于拥挤，操作、检修、查看都极为不便。

本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供了一种配电箱外壳。

一种配电箱外壳，包括支撑底板、外壳本体，所述外壳本体下侧设有支撑板，所述支撑板下端中部与螺杆上端相连接，所述螺杆下部分位于螺杆套内，所述螺杆套下侧设置在支撑底板上，所述螺杆套上侧设有第一锥齿轮，所述第一锥齿轮与第二锥齿轮相啮合，所述第二锥齿轮一端固定在调节套上，所述调节套与螺杆套之间设有支撑架，所述调节套一端上设有调节手柄。

一种配电箱外壳，包括支撑底板1、外壳本体2，所述外壳本体2下侧设有支撑板3，其中所述外壳本体2与支撑板3之间通过螺栓组件相连接。
所述支撑板3下端中部与螺杆4上端相连接，所述螺杆4下部分位于螺杆套5内，所述螺杆套5下侧设置在支撑底板1上，所述螺杆套5上侧设有第一锥齿轮6，其中所述螺杆4与第一锥齿轮6之间为按螺纹连接，这样可以实现第一锥齿轮6的旋转来实现螺杆4的高度调节。
所述第一锥齿轮6与第二锥齿轮7相啮合，其中所述第一锥齿轮6轴线与第二锥齿轮7轴线垂直布置。所述第二锥齿轮7一端固定在调节套8上，所述调节套8与螺杆套5之间设有支撑架9，所述调节套8一端上设有调节手柄10。这样通过调节手柄10可以实现螺杆4的高度调节，能够根据现场的需要调整配电箱的高度，安装使用方便，避免了防止在地面上容易磕碰造成配电箱的损害，而且能够防止误操作，大大节省了空间，也保证了人身和用电的安全。

1.一种配电箱外壳，包括支撑底板（1）、外壳本体（2），其特征在于：所述外壳本体（2）下侧设有支撑板（3），所述支撑板（3）下端中部与螺杆（4）上端相连接，所述螺杆（4）下部分位于螺杆套（5）内，所述螺杆套（5）下侧设置在支撑底板（1）上，所述螺杆套（5）上侧设有第一锥齿轮（6），所述第一锥齿轮（6）与第二锥齿轮（7）相啮合，所述第二锥齿轮（7）一端固定在调节套（8）上，所述调节套（8）与螺杆套（5）之间设有支撑架（9），所述调节套（8）一端上设有调节手柄（10）。
