本实用新型涉及一种EPS成品装饰线条安装节点构造，具体涉及一种EPS成品装饰线条植筋安装节点构造。
背景技术
近年来，随着我国建筑节能的发展，建筑物标准要求的提高。很多对建筑外墙使用EPS成品装饰线条来替代原有的混凝土构件和GRC构件，既提高了外饰面美观度也避免了装饰线条部位“热桥”的出现。但现存在EPS构件外凸较大、安装位置受负风压较大等诸多影响到建筑安全的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷，提供一种EPS成品装饰线条植筋安装节点构造。
其技术方案是：EPS成品装饰线条植筋安装节点构造，包括基层墙体和设置在所述基层墙体外表面的EPS成品装饰线条，所述基层墙体的外表面与EPS成品装饰线条的形状相适配，所述基层墙体外平面上垂直固定设有钢筋，EPS成品装饰线条穿插在钢筋上并与基层墙体利用胶粘剂进行满粘固定。
其中，所述钢筋通过专用植筋胶栽入基层墙体固定并垂直于基层墙体的外平面。所述钢筋为直径8—16mm的螺纹钢筋。
本实用新型与现有技术相比较，具有以下优点：结构简单，设计合理，不仅方便施工，有效防止EPS装饰线条出现脱落、开裂，从而延长了保温系统的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
参照图1，一种EPS成品装饰线条植筋安装节点构造，包括基层墙体1和设置在所述基层墙体1外表面的EPS成品装饰线条5，所述基层墙体1的外表面与EPS成品装饰线条5的形状相适配，所述基层墙体1外平面上垂直固定设有钢筋4，EPS成品装饰线条5穿插在钢筋4上并与基层墙体1利用胶粘剂2进行满粘固定。所述钢筋4通过专用植筋胶3栽入基层墙体1固定并垂直于基层墙体1的外平面。所述钢筋4为直径8—16mm的螺纹钢筋。
施工时，首先在基层墙体1外平面上打孔，该孔的直径根据钢筋4的直径而定，孔的直径应略小于钢筋4的直径，孔内放置专用植筋胶3，将钢筋4一端敲击插入孔内，钢筋4即通过专用植筋胶3栽入基层墙体1并固定牢固。将基层墙体1外平面上涂覆胶粘剂2，再将EPS成品装饰线条5内面朝向基层墙体1外平面穿插在钢筋4上，并用力使EPS成品装饰线条5内侧紧贴基层墙体1外平面，此时EPS成品装饰线条与基层墙体1利用胶粘剂2满粘固定。
本实用新型结构简单，设计合理，不仅方便施工，有效防止EPS装饰线条出现脱落、开裂，从而延长了保温系统的使用寿命。

1.EPS成品装饰线条植筋安装节点构造，包括基层墙体（1）和设置在所述基层墙体（1）外表面的EPS成品装饰线条（5），其特征在于：所述基层墙体（1）的外表面与EPS成品装饰线条（5）的形状相适配，所述基层墙体（1）外平面上垂直固定设有钢筋（4），EPS成品装饰线条（5）穿插在钢筋（4）上并与基层墙体（1）利用胶粘剂（2）进行满粘固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的EPS成品装饰线条植筋安装节点构造，其特征在于：所述钢筋（4）通过专用植筋胶（3）栽入基层墙体（1）固定并垂直于基层墙体（1）的外平面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的EPS成品装饰线条植筋安装节点构造，其特征在于：所述钢筋（4）为直径8—16mm的螺纹钢筋。
