结合图1、2来具体说明本实用新型，所述护膝5通过魔术贴1固定在人体的膝关节，所述护膝5和魔术贴1均采用弹性面料，所述护膝5的外侧从上到下设有两个荷包3，荷包3上端设有封闭荷包3的拉链4，所述荷包3中设有粉末状的活性炭，所述护膝5的内侧中间处设有椭圆形的海绵垫2。
使用之前，用户将粉末状的活性炭放置在荷包3中后，用拉链4将荷包3封闭，而后通过魔术贴1将护膝5固定在膝关节上，在这个过程中，海绵垫2对应覆盖在用户的膝盖上，这样一来人们在健身运动时，出的汗水被活性炭吸收，而护膝5又同时保护膝关节不受寒，从而使得用户的膝关节保温、干爽，由此可以得出：用户可以在天气寒冷的时候更好的进行健身运动。
上述魔术贴1是由勾面和毛面连接在一起，而将护膝固定在用户的膝关节上。
