目前，市场上有各类厂家生产的箱包、服装和饰品等，表面设置有太阳能电池，将太阳光的能量转化成电能用于散热、加热保暖和给移动便携设备充电等。
如果在常规的箱包、服装和饰品商标处内置一个LED灯，利用LED灯照亮商标将能满足一部分人紧跟潮流彰显自己个性的心理，同时对于生产企业也能起到宣传品牌的作用。

本实用新型其目的就在于提供一种太阳能标志灯，具有结构简单、使用方便、美观的特点。
实现上述目的而采取的技术方案，包括标志牌，标志牌内设有LED灯，LED灯连接按钮开关，所述按钮开关经锂离子电池、二极管
连接薄膜太阳能电池片，所述薄膜太阳能电池片设置在服装的外表面。
有益效果
与现有技术相比本实用新型具有以下优点。
本装置利用太阳能电池将太阳能转换成电能储存在小型可充电锂离子电池内，在光线较暗的时候，按下标志处的开关后小型可充电锂离子电池给LED灯供电使LED灯发光从标志内部照亮标志，能满足一部分人紧跟潮流彰显自己个性的心理，同时对于生产企业也能起到宣传品牌的作用，具有结构简单、使用方便、美观的特点。

具体实施方式
本装置包括标志牌3，标志牌3内设有LED灯4，LED灯4连接按钮开关5，如图1、图2所示，所述按钮开关5经锂离子电池6、二极管7连接薄膜太阳能电池片2，所述薄膜太阳能电池片2设置在服装1的外表面。
所述薄膜太阳能电池片2为CIGS薄膜太阳能电池组件。
所述薄膜太阳能电池片2设置在箱包、服装或饰品的外表面。
所述标志牌3由透明或半透明的有机材质制成，包括亚克力、聚氯乙烯树脂、聚乙烯树脂、环氧树脂、有机硅树脂、丁基胶、聚氨酯树脂中的一种；所述LED灯4的颜色为白光、红光、绿光、蓝光中的一种或多种。
薄膜太阳能电池片2与二极管7和可充电锂离子电池6连接，当薄膜太阳能电池片2接收到太阳光时，将太阳能转换成电能，经过二极管7后储存在可充电锂离子电池6内，二极管7只能从薄膜太阳能电池片2向可充电锂离子电池6单向导通。可充电锂离子电池6通过按钮开关5与LED灯4相连，按钮开关5、LED灯4和标志牌3设置在一起，当按压标志牌3时，可使按钮开关5闭合，再次按压标志牌3时，可使按钮开关5断开，从而可以控制LED灯4的点亮和熄灭。
薄膜太阳能电池片2与可充电锂离子电池6之间设置有单向导通的二极管7，电流只能从薄膜太阳能电池片2流向可充电锂离子电池6，而当薄膜太阳能电池2不发电时，可充电锂离子电池6内的电流不会流向薄膜太阳能电池片2，因此不会消耗可充电锂离子电池6内的电量。
标志牌3由透明或半透明的有机材质制成，如亚克力、聚氯乙烯树脂、聚乙烯树脂、环氧树脂、有机硅树脂、丁基胶、聚氨酯树脂中的一种，也可以是多种物理混合物。
LED灯4的颜色可以是白光、红光、绿光、蓝光中的一种或多种。

灯（4），LED灯（4）连接按钮开关（5），其特征在于，所述按钮开关（5）经锂离子电池（6）、二极管（7）连接薄膜太阳能电池片（2），所述薄膜太阳能电池片（2）设置在服装（1）的外表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能标志灯，其特征在于，所述薄膜太阳能电池片（2）为CIGS薄膜太阳能电池组件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能标志灯，其特征在于，所述薄膜太阳能电池片（2）设置在箱包、服装或饰品的外表面。
