本实用新型属于养殖配套装置,具体涉及一种鱼苗孵化器。
背景技术
人工孵化鱼苗常用设备有孵化桶、孵化框、孵化环道。孵化桶通过从锥形底部注水、充气,使鱼受精卵悬浮于水中,然后经过30~50小时,孵化成鱼苗;然而,现有技术中注水一般是自下而上垂直注入,孵化桶内容易产生死角,并且水流大小不好控制;水流过大,溢水口流不及,容易跑卵、跑苗;水流过小,受精卵容易在底部沉积,造成死卵,从而影响孵化率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就在于为解决现有技术的不足而提供一种鱼苗孵化器。
本实用新型的目的是以下述技术方案实现的:
一种鱼苗孵化器,包括孵化池,孵化池底部设进水口,孵化池还设溢水口,所述进水口处连接有旋转水流产生装置。
所述旋转水流产生装置包括基体,基体中间设一端封闭的进水孔,基体内部还设弧形导向槽,弧形导向槽一端与进水孔连通,另一端贯穿基体侧面。
所述孵化池底部为锥形。
所述进水口连接进水管,进水管与旋转水流产生装置连接。
本实用新型通过在底部进水口加装旋转水流产生装置,使水流旋转上升,孵化器内不会产生水流死角,受精卵不会在底部沉积,能够大幅度提高受精卵的孵化率。

具体实施方式
本实用新型提供的鱼苗孵化器,如图1所示,为孵化桶,包括底部为锥形的孵化池1,孵化池1上部设溢水口2,孵化池内还包括微孔曝气管,锥形底部设进水口,进水口处连接有旋转水流产生装置4;如图2所示,旋转水流产生装置优选包括基体6,基体6中间设一端封闭的进水孔7,基体6内部还设弧形导向槽8,弧形导向槽8一端与进水孔7连通,另一端贯穿基体6侧面,弧形导向槽8优选为3-4个;
水流从进水孔7进入后,由于出水端封闭,因此从弧形导向槽8处流出,产生旋转式上升水流5,因此孵化桶内不会产生水流死角,受精卵不会在底部沉积,水流大小易控制;而且使用本实用新型提供的旋转水流产生装置,能够形成平缓的旋转水流5,不会对受精卵造成伤害;进一步,进水口处连接进水管3,旋转水流产生装置4与进水管3连接,如可通过螺纹连接。本实用新型可应用于泥鳅孵化育苗及其他鱼类。

1.一种鱼苗孵化器,包括孵化池,孵化池底部设进水口,孵化池还设溢水口,其特征在于:所述进水口处连接有旋转水流产生装置;所述旋转水流产生装置包括基体,基体中间设一端封闭的进水孔,基体内部还设弧形导向槽,弧形导向槽一端与进水孔连通,另一端贯穿基体侧面。
2.如权利要求1所述的鱼苗孵化器,其特征在于:所述孵化池底部为锥形。
3.如权利要求1所述的鱼苗孵化器,其特征在于:所述进水口连接进水管,进水管与旋转水流产生装置连接。
