Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种带导流冲洗功能的滤芯结构,包括墙座,所述墙座上安装有滤瓶,所述滤瓶顶部开设有进水口和净水口,所述滤瓶内设置有滤芯,滤瓶内部设置有位于滤芯外围的进水腔,滤芯出水端与所述净水口相连通,所述进水口连接有通往进水腔底部的导流管。该带导流冲洗功能的滤芯结构利用水流的冲力将滤瓶底部杂质冲刷,使滤瓶底部不会形成死水,并及时将滤瓶内部的水和杂质排出,解决细菌大量繁殖导致水质发臭的问题。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种带导流冲洗功能的滤芯结构。
背景技术
目前市场上销售的大部分超滤膜滤芯在长时间不使用时,由于超滤膜过滤精度较高,拦截了大部分细菌及杂质,这些杂质长时间停留在滤瓶底部,无法通过滤瓶净水口流出,造成细菌大量繁殖,进而使净水器出水发臭,导致用户投诉。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构新颖的带导流冲洗功能的滤芯结构,解决细菌大量繁殖导致水质发臭的问题。
本实用新型采用以下方案实现:一种带导流冲洗功能的滤芯结构,包括墙座,所述墙座上安装有滤瓶,所述滤瓶顶部开设有进水口和净水口,所述滤瓶内设置有滤芯,滤瓶内部设置有位于滤芯外围的进水腔,滤芯出水端与所述净水口相连通,所述进水口连接有通往进水腔底部的导流管。
进一步的,所述滤瓶顶部还设置有与所述进水腔相通的废水排放口。
进一步的,墙座上设置有与进水口相连通的进水管,与净水口相连通的净水出水管以及与废水排放口相连通的废水出水管,所述废水出水管上设置有控制阀。
进一步的,所述滤瓶由底部带开口的瓶体和安装于瓶体底部开口上的底座组成。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:该带导流冲洗功能的滤芯结构利用水流的冲力将滤瓶底部杂质冲刷,使滤瓶底部不会形成死水,并及时将滤瓶内部的水和杂质排出,解决细菌大量繁殖导致水质发臭的问题。

具体实施方式
如图1~3所示,一种带导流冲洗功能的滤芯结构,包括墙座100,所述墙座100上安装有滤瓶200,所述滤瓶200顶部开设有进水口210和净水口220,所述滤瓶200内设置有滤芯230,所述滤芯230为超滤膜滤芯;滤瓶200内部设置有位于滤芯230外围的进水腔240,滤芯230出水端与所述净水口220相连通,所述进水口210连接有通往进水腔240底部的导流管250;水从进水口流入,经导流管将水直接导引到滤瓶底部,利用水流的冲力将滤瓶底部杂质冲刷,使滤瓶底部不会形成死水。
在本实施例中,所述滤瓶200顶部还设置有与所述进水腔240相通的废水排放口260,每隔一段时间,将滤瓶内部的水通过废水排放口排出,进而将杂质排出,解决细菌大量繁殖导致水质发臭的问题。
在本实施例中,墙座100上设置有与进水口210相连通的进水管110,与净水口220相连通的净水出水管120以及与废水排放口260相连通的废水出水管130,所述废水出水管130上设置有控制阀131,所述控制阀可以是自动控制的电磁阀或手动控制的球阀,
在本实施例中,所述滤瓶200由底部带开口的瓶体和安装于瓶体底部开口上的底座组成,底座与瓶体底部密封配合。

1.一种带导流冲洗功能的滤芯结构,其特征在于:包括墙座,所述墙座上安装有滤瓶,所述滤瓶顶部开设有进水口和净水口,所述滤瓶内设置有滤芯,滤瓶内部设置有位于滤芯外围的进水腔,滤芯出水端与所述净水口相连通,所述进水口连接有通往进水腔底部的导流管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带导流冲洗功能的滤芯结构,其特征在于:所述滤瓶顶部还设置有与所述进水腔相通的废水排放口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带导流冲洗功能的滤芯结构,其特征在于:墙座上设置有与进水口相连通的进水管,与净水口相连通的净水出水管以及与废水排放口相连通的废水出水管,所述废水出水管上设置有控制阀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带导流冲洗功能的滤芯结构,其特征在于:所述滤瓶由底部带开口的瓶体和安装于瓶体底部开口上的底座组成。
