本实用新型涉及一种新型碎煤加压气化炉灰锁密封装置,其包括阀头及设置在阀头的阀座,阀座的中部设有上下贯通的通道;阀头设为倒锥台结构,阀头的下部设有弧形压紧沿,弧形压紧沿的表面设有上弧形压紧涂层;通道的上端口设为锥状,通道的内壁设有压紧环,压紧环的内侧设为与弧形压紧沿相匹配的弧形结构,压紧环的表面设有下弧形压紧涂层,压紧环的弧长比弧形压紧沿的弧长长10mm至30mm。本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型能够方便实现阀头与阀座的密封接触,大大提高密封性能,且由于压紧沿与压紧环同时为弧形结构,增大二者的结构强度,能够有效避免压紧沿或者压紧环断裂等故障。

本实用新型涉及煤化工领域用的排灰装置技术领域,尤其是涉及一种新型碎煤加压气化炉灰锁密封装置。
背景技术
目前,市面上现有的碎煤加压气化炉灰锁密封装置中阀头与阀座之间的接触均为线接触,即阀头密封沿与阀座的压紧环互相完全接触后才能实现整个装置的密封,但是由于压紧沿的宽度为1mm左右,所以在操作的过程中要实现压紧沿与压紧环的完全对接是十分不容易的,且在设备使用的过程中,由于设备周围存在煤渣的存在,导致阀头下放的过程中会出现摆动,导致阀头与阀座接触时会产生偏移,多次偏移接触后会造成压紧沿及压紧环的断裂。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型碎煤加压气化炉灰锁密封装置,解决现有技术的不足。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种新型碎煤加压气化炉灰锁密封装置,其包括阀头及设置在所述阀头的阀座,所述阀座的中部设有上下贯通的通道;所述阀头设为倒锥台结构,所述阀头的下部设有弧形压紧沿,所述弧形压紧沿的表面设有上弧形压紧涂层;所述通道的上端口设为锥状,所述通道的内壁设有压紧环,所述压紧环的内侧设为与所述弧形压紧沿相匹配的弧形结构,所述压紧环的表面设有下弧形压紧涂层,所述压紧环的弧长比所述弧形压紧沿的弧长长10mm至30mm。
进一步,所述阀头包括上阀头及下阀头。
进一步,所述阀座包括上阀座及下阀座。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型结构简单,使用时,由于压紧沿为弧形结构,且压紧环内侧同样为弧形结构,且二者结构相匹配,所以本实用新型能够方便实现阀头与阀座的密封接触,大大提高密封性能,且由于压紧沿与压紧环同时为弧形结构,增大二者的结构强度,能够有效避免压紧沿或者压紧环断裂等故障;压紧沿为弧形结构,且压紧环内侧同样为弧形结构,实现阀头与阀座进行接触时,当阀头与阀座的中心轴线不重合时,弧形结构使得阀头能够进行自动微调,有效防止阀头与阀座偏移较大,即有效实现阀头的中心轴线向阀座中心轴线靠拢。

如图1、图2所示,一种新型碎煤加压气化炉灰锁密封装置,其包括阀头1及设置在所述阀头1的阀座2,所述阀座2的中部设有上下贯通的通道;所述阀头1设为倒锥台结构,所述阀头1的下部设有弧形压紧沿1-1,所述弧形压紧沿1-1的表面设有上弧形压紧涂层1-2;所述通道的上端口设为锥状,所述通道的内壁设有压紧环2-1,所述压紧环2-1的内侧设为与所述弧形压紧沿1-1相匹配的弧形结构,所述压紧环2-1的表面设有下弧形压紧涂层2-2,所述压紧环2-1的弧长比所述弧形压紧沿1-1的弧长长10mm至30mm,具体地,所述压紧环2-1的弧长比所述弧形压紧沿1-1的弧长长15mm、17mm、18.67mm、20mm、21.16mm、25mm或28mm,根据多次试验得出,最好是长18.67mm至21.16mm,这样既能够保证必要的密封性,又能够保证整个结构的稳定性。
进一步:阀座2的下端边沿设有凸起,该凸起方便安装,增加安全性能。

1.一种新型碎煤加压气化炉灰锁密封装置,其特征在于:包括阀头(1)及设置在所述阀头(1)的阀座(2),所述阀座(2)的中部设有上下贯通的通道;所述阀头(1)设为倒锥台结构,所述阀头(1)的下部设有弧形压紧沿(1-1),所述弧形压紧沿(1-1)的表面设有上弧形压紧涂层(1-2);所述通道的上端口设为锥状,所述通道的内壁设有压紧环(2-1),所述压紧环(2-1)的内侧设为与所述弧形压紧沿(1-1)相匹配的弧形结构,所述压紧环(2-1)的表面设有下弧形压紧涂层(2-2),所述压紧环(2-1)的弧长比所述弧形压紧沿(1-1)的弧长长10mm至30mm。
