背景技术
风轮是指将风能转化为机械能的风力机部件,由叶片和轮毂组成。在组装叶片和轮毂时,需要借助组装轴进行组装。由于风轮工作时长时间处于旋转当中,因此为保证风轮的强度,需要提供一种结构设计合理的风轮组装轴。

本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现上述目的:
风轮组装轴,包括柱形的组装轴本体,在组装轴本体外侧设有若干条竖直的安装槽,安装槽内设有多个“T”形的安装孔;所述安装孔的转角处设有圆弧过渡,且不同安装槽内的安装孔尺寸不一样。
优选的是,为了保证本风轮组装轴的强度,所述安装槽的槽深为8~12mm。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:
1、本实用新型在组装轴本体上设有安装槽,并在安装槽内设有安装孔,方便方便安装叶片和轮毂的安装;
2、安装孔的转角处设有圆弧过渡,且不同安装槽内的安装孔尺寸不一样,该结构可防止风轮组装轴在安装孔转角处或安装孔间出现裂纹,提高了风轮组装轴的强度。

如图1、图2所示,风轮组装轴,包括柱形的组装轴本体100,在组装轴本体100外侧设有若干条竖直的安装槽200,安装槽200内设有多个“T”形的安装孔300,安装槽200和安装孔300结构可方便安装叶片和轮毂的安装。该安装孔300的转角处设有圆弧过渡210,且不同安装槽200内的安装孔300尺寸不一样,该结构可防止风轮组装轴在安装孔300转角处或安装孔300间出现裂纹,提高了风轮组装轴的强度。
一种优选实施方式中,为了保证本风轮组装轴的强度,该安装槽200的槽深为8~12mm。

1.风轮组装轴,包括柱形的组装轴本体,其特征在于,在组装轴本体外侧设有若干条竖直的安装槽,安装槽内设有多个“T”形的安装孔;所述安装孔的转角处设有圆弧过渡,且不同安装槽内的安装孔尺寸不一样。
2.如权利要求1所述风轮组装轴,其特征在于,所述安装槽的槽深为8~12mm。
