本实用新型涉及一种大棚保温膜,用于农业种植的保温棚上。
背景技术
在北方的大棚种植已经广泛应用到各家各户的农业蔬菜和水果的种植当中,保证了在冬季人们也可吃到新鲜的蔬菜和水果。通常大棚采用塑料薄膜和加盖草帘的结构,一方面通过塑料薄膜进行阳光的摄入,保证大棚内温度快速上升,另一方面通过草帘的掩盖,保证在夜晚等低温情况下,对大棚进行保温。但是,对于北方过于严寒的地区,由于大棚的保温性差,还需要采用暖炉等外部设施对大棚的温度进行加温,以达到大棚内植物的生长需要。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种大棚保温膜,该大棚保温膜采用双层结构,不仅不影响阳光的摄入,而且对大棚室内的温度进行保温,从而节约了为大棚保温而采取的其他措施的成本。
为解决以上问题,本实用新型的具体技术方案如下:一种大棚保温膜,由两层塑料膜组成,上层塑料膜的面积与大棚铺设面积一致;下层塑料膜长度大于上层塑料膜的长度,宽度相等,下层塑料膜的上下两边通过均匀的褶皱结构与上层塑料膜对应的上下边压合,宽度方向压合;在长度方向的压合边上设有若干个均匀分布的充气单向阀。
所述的上层塑料膜和下层塑料膜同时铺设在保温棚支架上。
该大棚保温膜采用双层塑料膜的结构,在双层结构中充气后,即可起到大棚保温的性能。
将上层塑料膜和下层塑料膜同时铺设在保温棚支架上,下层塑料膜在重力作用下即可快速出现双层结构,使用方便、快速。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种大棚保温膜,由两层塑料膜组成,上层塑料膜1的面积与大棚铺设面积一致;下层塑料膜2长度大于上层塑料膜1的长度,宽度相等,下层塑料膜2的上下两边通过均匀的褶皱结构与上层塑料膜1对应的上下边压合,宽度方向压合;在长度方向的压合边上设有若干个均匀分布的充气单向阀3。
如图2和图3所示,所述的上层塑料膜1和下层塑料膜2同时铺设在保温棚支架4上。在重力和向充气单向阀3充气后,下层塑料膜2自然下垂,从而与上层塑料膜1形成空气的夹层,从而起到进一步对室内大棚进行保温的作用。当下层塑料膜2有破损时,由于保温棚支架的分区作用,其余区域不会漏气,同时,即使破损,下层塑料膜2在重力的作用也会与上层塑料膜1分离,不影响大棚整体的保温性能。

1.一种大棚保温膜,其特征在于:由两层塑料膜组成,上层塑料膜(1)的面积与大棚铺设面积一致;下层塑料膜(2)长度大于上层塑料膜(1)的长度,宽度相等,下层塑料膜(2)的上下两边通过均匀的褶皱结构与上层塑料膜(1)对应的上下边压合,宽度方向压合;在长度方向的压合边上设有若干个均匀分布的充气单向阀(3)。
