本实用新型所采取的技术方案是这样的：一种感光材料剖光辊，包括轴芯,在轴芯外面有剖光层,所述的剖光层是一层硅橡胶,其特征是：所述剖光辊剖面的剖光层外侧是钝角三角形的凸起，钝角三角形形成的凸起是从剖光辊的一端到另一端，钝角三角形形成燕尾翅，燕尾翅的后面在剖光辊工进方向的后面。
进一步地讲，所述的轴芯外侧有卡槽，还有钢片安装在卡槽里面，钢板上面在凸起中间。

进一步地讲，所述的轴芯外侧有卡槽，还有钢片4安装在卡槽里面，钢板上面在凸起中间。
