本实用新型涉及供氧领域,尤其涉及一种自动点火系统。
背景技术
人类和动物的生存离不开氧气。氧气的某些用途和副作用氧是人体进行新陈代谢的关键物质,是人体生命活动的第一需要。
呼吸的氧转化为人体内可利用的氧,称为血氧。血液携带血氧向全身输入能源,血氧的输送量与心脏、大脑的工作状态密切相关。心脏泵血能力越强,血氧的含量就越高;心脏冠状动脉的输血能力越强,血氧输送到心脑及全身的浓度就越高,人体重要器官的运行状态就越好。
在氧气浓度较低的环境中,人们会感觉到各种不适,供氧系统是提高环境中氧气浓度的有力工具,在此时发挥了很重要的作用。但现有的供氧系统或者方法,只能提供供应氧气这一单独功能,并不能实现实时检测环境的氧气浓度,实现自动点火。

本实用新型提供一种自动点火系统,该系统包括固氧模组、检测模块、判断模块、加热模块及点火模块,所述固氧模组内有电阻丝,并装有化学药粉,所述化学药粉反应时可产生氧气,所述检测模块用于检测环境氧气浓度;所述判断模块用于判断环境氧气浓度是否低于预先设定值;所述加热模块用于当检测到的环境氧气浓度低于预先设定值时,对所述固氧模组进行加热;所述点火模块用于在固氧模组中的药粉产生化学反应时,完成点火操作。
其中,所述检测模块具体通过氧气浓度传感器检测当前环境氧气浓度。
所述加热模块具体用于对所述固氧模组进行加热,使得固氧模组中的电阻丝发热,产生热量。
所述点火模块具体用于在所述固氧模组上升达到一定温度时,引发固氧模组中的药粉产生化学反应,完成点火操作。
本实用新型自动点火系统,能够实时检测环境氧气浓度,在环境氧气浓度较低时实现自动点火,节约成本,方便快捷,易于实现。

所述判断模块用于判断环境氧气浓度是否低于预先设定值;
所述加热模块用于当检测到的环境氧气浓度低于预先设定值时,对所述固氧模组进行加热;
所述点火模块用于在固氧模组中的药粉产生化学反应时,完成点火操作。
2.如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述检测模块具体通过氧气浓度传感器检测当前环境氧气浓度。
3.如权利要求2所述的系统,其特征在于,所述加热模块具体用于对所述固氧模组进行加热,使得固氧模组中的电阻丝发热,产生热量。
4.如权利要求3所述的系统,其特征在于,所述点火模块具体用于在所述固氧模组上升达到一定温度时,引发固氧模组中的药粉产生化学反应,完成点火操作。
