本实用新型涉及一种农用机械，尤其涉及一种排肥排种装置。
背景技术
当前，市场上的施肥机及播种机上的排肥排种装置，其箱体底部是一个大平面，从箱底四周到箱体排种排肥口没有斜坡，化肥及种子无法自动进入排种排肥口。工作时，箱体排种排肥口处没有化肥或种子了，而箱体内还有很多化肥或种子。这样，需要人工不断的将箱体底部的化肥或种子推到排种排肥口。这样既费工费时，而且拖动施肥机及播种机的拖拉机也需要停止。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种玉米播种机。
本实用新型提供的技术方案是：
排肥排种装置，包括种子箱，所述种子箱下部成三角形，种子箱底部设置有孔且对应设置有下种筒，所述下种筒上设置有固定筒，固定筒内设置有排种轮，所述排种轮中心设置有正多边形内孔，下种筒上排种轮下方设置有拨片，所述拨片通过连接轴连接弹簧。
具体的，所述下种筒下部设置有光线传感器，光线传感器正对下种筒的出口。
具体的，所述固定筒上设置有凸起，该凸起与下种筒上凹部相匹配。
具体的，所述排种轮包括筒状体及固定在筒状体上的轮状体。

本实用新型工作时，种子或化肥依靠自身重量经过底部斜面的滑坡滑入排种排肥口，进入下种筒，不会在种子箱内存留。本实用新型结构简单，设计科学合理，便于制造和使用，可适用于播种及施肥作业。

排肥排种装置，包括种子箱，所述种子箱下部成三角形，种子箱底部设置有孔且对应设置有下种筒。所述下种筒上设置有固定筒，所述固定筒上设置有凸起，该凸起与下种筒上凹部相匹配。固定筒内设置有排种轮，所述排种轮中心设置有正多边形内孔，所述排种轮包括筒状体及固定在筒状体上的轮状体。下种筒上排种轮下方设置有拨片，所述拨片通过连接轴连接弹簧。所述下种筒内排种轮上方设置有挡片。
所述下种筒下部设置有光线传感器，光线传感器正对下种筒的出口。
工作时，种子或化肥依靠重力滑入排种排肥口，挡片将肥料及种子排向排种轮的左侧，排种轮逆时针旋转，排种轮旋转将种子或肥料拨向下种筒的出口。弹簧紧拉拨片使其紧贴排种轮，控制排种轮定量排出种子或化肥。光线传感器控制监测排出的种子或化肥的数量是否准确。固定筒和下种筒之间可以抽拉，当固定筒上的凸起与下种筒上凹部向结合时，通过穿过排种轮的正多边形传动轴带动排种轮转动，排种轮轮状体完成排种排肥作业。如果将固定筒上的凸起从下种筒上凹部抽出，此时排种轮的轮状体位于下筒体外部，排种轮的筒状体位于排种排肥口，不能实施排种排肥作业。

3.根据权利要求1所述排肥排种装置，其特征在于，所述固定筒上设置有凸起，该凸起与下种筒上凹部相匹配。
4.根据权利要求1所述排肥排种装置，其特征在于，所述排种轮包括筒状体及固定在筒状体上的轮状体。
