Abstract

便携式多功能冷光检查治疗仪,是一种多功能的医疗器械。
该治疗仪的特点是把强光源经过隔热玻璃片和滤色镜直接照射在探头上,在强光源和探头之间省去1米多长的传光束,由于把探头、滤色镜、隔热玻璃及排风扇均组装在一个壳体内,因而结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻、造价低、便于携带,既可透照检查软组织病变,又能用于牙固化的治疗,具有一机多用的特点。

Description

一种便携式多功能冷光检查治疗仪,属于医疗仪器技术领域。
利用冷光透照的方法进行疾病的检查诊断,国外已有近60年的历史,近年来国内也生产研制出冷光乳腺检查仪,强冷光透照仪等用于对乳房肿瘤与疾病的检查和用于牙固化治疗方面,这些仪器都是在强光源和探头之间采用长度1.5米左右的光导纤维束来传输用于透照的光。由于光导纤维的透过率是由光纤材料性质、内在质量和长度所决定的,就目前透照仪所用的传光束,其透过率一般都不超过50%,为了保证透照时的光强度,只有加大光源的功率,现有仪器的光源功率均在100~150W之间,功率大带来的缺点是:由于灯泡热量大,散热风扇的功率也相应增大,变压器的功率亦随之增加,因此仪器结构笨重、成本高、价格贵、不便于携带。
本发明的任务在于设计一种结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻而且价廉的便携式多功能冷光检查治疗仪,既能检查软组织病变,又能供牙固化治疗用的多功能检查治疗仪。
本仪器的结构如附图所示:
①外壳、②探头、③滤色镜、④隔热玻璃片、⑤强光源、⑥排风扇、⑦通气孔、⑧触摸调光开关、⑨导线、⑩电源控制箱。
本发明的技术特征是:将探头②、滤色镜③、隔热玻璃片④、强光源⑤、排风扇⑥均组合在一个前后均设有通气孔⑦的外壳①内,在强光源和探头之间省去1米多长的传光束,外壳直径D为40~60mm,长度L为150~200mm,外壳的两端均设有通气孔⑦,以利于散热,外壳一般用工程塑料制作,也可用金属制作:铝合金、不锈钢等。探头②的形状为一弯头,采用直径d为8~15mm,长度l为80~100mm的、透过率>90%的石英玻璃导光棒,也可采用数千根光导玻璃纤维组成的光纤束来制作探头。强光源⑤为30~100W的卤钨灯,通常多用50W即可;在光源⑤和探头②之间设有隔热玻璃片④和滤色镜③,隔热玻璃的作用显然是为了吸收光源的热量以达到进一步降低探头温度之目的;根据不同需要,选择合适的滤色镜,如检查透照乳腺时可选用红色、绿色或白色滤色片,以提高检查鉴别能力,牙固化治疗时,就需选用兰色滤色片。排风扇⑥和通气孔⑦是为了散热之用,触摸调光开关⑧设在外壳①上,可进行照光强度的调节,外壳①内的光源控制和排风散热装置均通过导线⑨和电源控制箱⑩相联接,电源控制箱的输出功率60W,输出12伏以下的安全电压。
本治疗仪具有结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻、造价低、携带方便的优点,除用于检查透照乳腺等软组织病变外,还可用于牙固化的治疗,具有一机多用的特点。
实施例:直径D为50mm,长度L为180mm,采用工程塑料制作的外壳,此外壳亦即医务人员手持的操作手柄,探头采用直径d为10mm,长度l为80mm的石英玻璃导光棒,其弯头呈120°,强光源卤钨灯为50W,采用绿色滤色片和散热玻璃,排风扇功率为3W,接通电源后,接下触摸调光开关,照度可达20万勒克斯,完全可以满足检查透照软组织病变之需要。

Claims (4)

1、一种便携式多功能冷光检查治疗仪,由强光源、光导纤维传光束和探头三部份组成,其特征在于把探头②、滤色镜③、隔热玻璃片④、强光源⑤、排风扇⑥均组合在一个前后均设有通气孔⑦的外壳①内,在外壳①上有触摸调光开关⑧,其光源控制和排风装置均通过导线⑨和电源控制箱⑩相联接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的治疗仪,其特征在于探头②可以是如下所述中的一种:
A.直径d为8~15mm、长度l为80~100mm、透过率大于90%的石英玻璃导光棒。
B.由数千根玻璃光导纤维组成的光纤束。
3、根据权利要求1所述的治疗仪,其特征在于强光源为30~100W的卤钨灯。
4、根据权利要求1所述的治疗仪,其特征在于外壳①材料为如下所述中的一种:
A.工程塑料。
B.金属材料。
