本实用新型提供一种耐高温500℃以上电缆,属于电线电缆技术领域。该电缆的外护层为不锈钢带焊接轧纹形成的波管形套管,不锈钢带厚0.15~0.3mm,轧纹深度1~3mm。本实用新型以不锈钢波形管代替传统的玻纤编织+浸润剂浸润并固化的工艺结构,产品结构简单,加工方便,成本低,耐高温性能好,达到500℃以上温度等级,而且安全可靠,推广应用前景好。

本实用新型涉及一种耐高温500℃以上电缆,属于电线电缆技术领域。
背景技术
目前,400~500℃时的高温电缆在国内外已有一段时间的生产和应用实践,如申请号为88208686.3、94245533.9、01217543.9、200420108315.X、200720143689.9等国内专利均有相关介绍,上述产品为500℃及以下温度使用,导体或为测量用的合金丝,如镍硅丝或镍铬丝等,或是供电或控制用的有镀层的铜导体,如镀镍或镀银圆铜线等,具体情况见表1。

UL758中的5107、5128、5138、5158、5165、5168、5283、5334、5335、5376和5377等活页规范(450℃时使用的电缆)的电缆结构均为导体+云母绕包+玻纤编织+浸润剂浸润并固化,其中导体为纯镍线或27%镀镍铜线。
传统的耐高温500℃电缆均采用导体+云母绕包+玻纤编织+浸润剂浸润并固化工艺结构,该工艺对浸润剂要求较高,要有相应耐高温的浸润剂才能生产这种产品,在市场无法采购耐高温的浸润剂,另外该结构工艺复杂,生产成本高,导致该产品推广困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有耐高温电缆的不足之处,提供一种结构简单、加工方便、成本低,耐高温性能好,容易推广的耐高温500℃以上电缆。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种耐高温500℃以上电缆,包括导体、绝缘层、外护层,改进之处是所述外护层为不锈钢带焊接轧纹形成的波管形套管,所述不锈钢带厚0.15~0.3mm,轧纹深度1~3mm。
电缆的缆芯间隙填充耐高温填充绳,缆芯表面与外护层之间有合成云母带。
本实用新型重要改进在于电缆的外护层由不锈钢带焊接轧纹形成的波管形套管代替传统的耐高温电缆的玻纤编织+浸润剂浸润并固化的工艺结构,制作时先将不锈钢带成型,再通过无缝焊接和轧纹处理,形成波管形套管。
本实用新型的技术性能指标:
500℃~600℃时,电缆绝缘电阻最小为1 MΩ·m,击穿电压最小值为1000V。
与已有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果体现在:
(1)耐温等级高,达到500℃以上温度等级。
(2)产品结构简单,加工方便。
(3)制造设备简单,焊接和轧纹设备投资少,国内易采购。
(4)产品成本低,产品安全可靠,易推广。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例(以4×2.5mm2规格为例),并结合图1对本实用新型作进一步说明。非限定实施例如下所述:
1、导体:
采用27%镀镍铜线作为导体1,符合GB/T 11019标准中规定的镍含量27级技术要求。
2、绝缘层:
绝缘层2采用耐温950℃以上的合成云母带绕包,绝缘标称厚度1.2mm,最薄点不小于标称值的90%。
3、多芯成缆
4芯绝缘线芯进行成缆,间隙填充耐高温填充绳3。缆芯表面同时采用合成云母带4扎紧,防止缆芯松散。
4、外护层:
采用耐高温的软不锈钢带焊接轧纹后形成波管形套管5,保证电缆圆整及优异的耐高温性能。本例中,不锈钢带厚0.25mm,轧纹深度2.5mm。

1.一种耐高温500℃以上电缆,包括导体、绝缘层、外护层,其特征是所述外护层为不锈钢带焊接轧纹形成的波管形套管,所述不锈钢带厚0.15~0.3mm,轧纹深度1~3mm。
2.按权利要求1所述耐高温500℃以上电缆,其特征是所述电缆的缆芯间隙填充耐高温填充绳,缆芯表面与外护层之间有合成云母带。
