本实用新型公开了一种万能阀,其包括设有通道的左右壳体和左右动静芯片;壳体上有两个进通道与左静芯片两通道连通,至少两个出通道与右静芯片通道连通,两自锁蜗杆驱动两蜗轮带动两动芯片旋转,分别使两动芯片相互不干扰的停留在与两静芯片不同端口密合连通的位置,从而或调节流量、或开关气液、或按比例或按温度混合,或选择多个出通道分流,实现了开关、流量调节和分混气液介质的众多功能一体控制;更有智能驱动的接入口,为阀应用领域,提供了一种现代智能设计的通用模块。

本实用新型涉及阀,特别涉及开关、流量调节、分混气液介质的众多功能一体阀。
背景技术
现有的多功能阀很少有分混一体的多功能阀,就目前较好的中国实用新型专利CN201210101026.6分水混水一体式多功能陶瓷阀芯,也只有两个分水出口,且只能单一,不能两出口同时出水,满足不了现实淋浴所需下出水龙头、花洒、顶喷等多出口多样化生活的需求,且为下进下出式,限制了设计的空间,不能单独使用,需外加密封、预紧和阀体配合使用,浪费了阀体的铜材。更重要的是,随着现代智能设备日新月异的新开发,需要的不只是分混水多功能的阀芯,更加迫切需求的是一种具备广泛应用于:可控流动性的液体、气体或气液混合的气液介质中,能分混气液介质、开关和流量调节众多功能一体、还要有现代智能驱动接入口的万能阀。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为克服上叙技术中的不足,适应现代智能设备的开发,提供了一种万能阀。
本实用新型具体采用以下技术方案:本实用新型设计了一种万能阀,其包括设有通道的左右壳体和左右动静芯片;左壳体上设有两个进通道,右壳体上设有至少两个出通道,左右壳体之间定位连接;左右静芯片分别与左右壳体镶合,端口相贯通;左右动静芯片相邻面都能转动密合,且转至不同位置时,左动芯片通道端口能与左静芯片两通道端口的任一部分连通、或任一全连通、或同时叠加连通、或都不连通,右动芯片通道端口则能与右静芯片通道端口至少一个部分或全连通;两动芯片相邻面转动密合,端口相贯通。
优选地,所述动芯片包括外圆周设有蜗轮齿,蜗轮齿所对应的左右壳体上,横向设有涡轮杆传动的窗口。
优选地,所述左右壳体与左右静芯片的镶合面,包括设有定位槽块和密封圈。
优选地,所述左右动静芯片转动密合面都设有与通道隔离的圆沉头中心孔,内设有旋转定位的中心轴。
优选地,所述左右壳体之间定位连接,包括但不局限于卡接、螺接、或焊接。
优选地,所述的左右动静芯片包括但不局限于陶瓷动静芯片、或不锈钢动静芯片。
本实用新型的工作原理为:
通过对现有多功能阀的改进,使其具备壳体上有两个进通道与左静芯片两通道连通,至少两个出通道与右静芯片通道连通,两自锁蜗杆驱动两蜗轮带动两动芯片旋转,分别使两动芯片相互不干扰的停留在与两静芯片不同端口密合连通的位置,从而或调节流量、或开关气液、或按比例或按温度混合,或选择多个出通道分流,实现了开关、流量调节和分混气液介质的众多功能一体控制。
本实用新型的有益效果为:与现有技术相比,结构简单,功能强;集混分、开关和流量调节气液介质的众多功能一体控制,更有智能驱动的接入口,为阀应用领域,提供了一种现代智能设计的通用模块。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的详细说明:
参照图1并结合图2-7,本实用新型设计了一种万能阀,包括设有通道的左右壳体和左右动静芯片;左壳体1上设有两个进通道11,右壳体上设有至少两个出通道51、53,左右壳体之间通过卡勾14和卡槽64卡接;左右静芯片分别与左右壳体镶合,端口12与21,51、53与61、62分别相贯通;左右动静芯片相邻面都能转动密合,且转至不同位置时,左动芯片3通道端口31能与左静芯片2两通道端口21的任一部分连通、或任一全连通、或同时叠加连通、或都不连通,右动芯片4通道端口41则能与右静芯片5通道端口至少一个部分连通或全连通,处于51相邻通道端口的叠加位置同时两个连通,处于三相邻通道端口53的叠加位置则同时三个连通;两动芯片相邻面转动密合,端口33与43相贯通。
优选地,所述动芯片包括外圆周设有蜗轮齿34、44,蜗轮齿所对应的左右壳体上,横向设有涡轮杆传动的窗口65。
优选地,所述左右壳体与左右静芯片的镶合面,分别有定位槽23、53,定位块15、66和密封圈13、63。
优选地,所述左右动静芯片转动密合面都设有与通道隔离的圆沉头中心孔22、32及42、52,内设有旋转定位的中心轴。
优选地,所述左右壳体之间定位连接,包括但不局限于卡接、螺接、或焊接。
优选地,所述的左右动静芯片包括但不局限于陶瓷动静芯片、或不锈钢动静芯片。
当两自锁蜗杆驱动两蜗轮带动两动芯片旋转时,能分别使两动芯片互不干扰的停留在:左动芯片3通道端口31与左静芯片2两通道端口21的任一部分连通、或任一全连通、或同时叠加连通、或都不连通,右动芯片4通道端口41则与右静芯片5通道端口51或53至少一个,全部或部分的连通的位置时,左壳体1两进通道的气液介质分别经镶合左静芯片通道21,到达与左动芯片3通道端口31转动密合处:或被任一连通调节流量、或两通道的气液按比例或按温度混合、或都被截流关闭;未被截流的水继续经过左右动芯片转动密合贯通通道33和43,到达与右动芯片4通道端口41转动密合处:或被流向至少一个右静芯片5通道端口51或53,最后经镶合右壳体6通道61或62流出,从而实现开关、流量调节、分混气液介质众多功能的一体控制。

1.一种万能阀,其特征在于:包括设有通道的左右壳体和左右动静芯片;左壳体上设有两个进通道,右壳体上设有至少两个出通道,左右壳体之间定位连接;左右静芯片分别与左右壳体镶合,端口相贯通;左右动静芯片相邻面都能转动密合,且转至不同位置时,左动芯片通道端口能与左静芯片两通道端口的任一部分连通、或任一全连通、或同时叠加连通、或都不连通,右动芯片通道端口则能与右静芯片通道端口至少一个部分或全连通;两动芯片相邻面转动密合,端口相贯通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的万能阀,其特征在于,所述动芯片包括外圆周设有蜗轮齿,蜗轮齿所对应的左右壳体上,横向设有涡轮杆传动的窗口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的万能阀,其特征在于,所述左右壳体与左右静芯片的镶合面,包括设有定位槽块和密封圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的万能阀,其特征在于,所述左右动静芯片转动密合面都设有与通道隔离的圆沉头中心孔,内设有旋转定位的中心轴。
5.根据权利要求1所述的万能阀,其特征在于,所述左右壳体之间定位连接,包括但不局限于卡接、螺接、或焊接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的万能阀,其特征在于,所述的左右动静芯片包括但不局限于陶瓷动静芯片、或不锈钢动静芯片。
