技术领域
本实用新型涉及油气井井下工具技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种大通径桥塞。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展,人们对于油田的开采的技术渐趋成熟,通过开采工具能够有效的对油气井进行开采。
目前,复合桥塞分段压裂技术在页岩气藏等低渗透率气藏中广泛应用,其优点是压裂规模大,提高储层的渗透率,有效增产。但目前使用的复合桥塞内通径小,一般约为10-20mm,较小内通径影响油气井的产量,在压裂完成后需进行钻磨。桥塞钻磨工序增加了作业成本,施工周期长,影响井的及时投产,且作业存在一定的风险。
综上所述,如何有效地解决复合桥塞通径小、压裂后需进行钻磨作业成本高的问题,是目前本领域技术人员急需解决的问题。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种大通径桥塞,以解决复合桥塞通径小、压裂后需进行钻磨作业成本高的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种大通径桥塞,包括心轴、推筒和引鞋;还包括胶筒、上卡瓦和下卡瓦、卡瓦座:所述推筒和所述引鞋分别套设于所述心轴的两端;所述上卡瓦、所述胶筒和所述下卡瓦依次套设于所述心轴中部,所述卡瓦座设置于所述胶筒两侧,分别与所述上卡瓦和下卡瓦配合;所述心轴的内径不小于60mm。
优选地,所述上卡瓦和所述下卡瓦均为整体式卡瓦,所述上卡瓦和所述下卡瓦的外表面均为齿形且轴向上分别均匀设置有贯穿所述上卡瓦和所述下卡瓦的圆弧槽。
优选地,所述上卡瓦和所述下卡瓦与所述卡瓦座配合端分别设置有内圆锥面,所述卡瓦座上分别设置有与所述内圆锥面相配合的外圆锥面。
优选地,所述胶筒至少包括一个主胶筒和两个副胶筒,所述副胶筒设置于所述主胶筒两侧,所述主胶筒和所述副胶筒的外径均不大于所述卡瓦座的外径。
优选地,所述推筒、所述卡瓦座、所述引鞋的周向上分别均匀设置有螺纹孔。
优选地,所述上卡瓦和所述下卡瓦的齿向相反,所述上卡瓦的非锥面端与所述推筒接触,所述下卡瓦的非锥面端与所述引鞋接触。

应用本实用新型提供的大通径桥塞时,心轴的内径不小于60mm,在压裂后无需钻磨桥塞,避免钻磨桥塞带来的施工周期长、作业成本高、施工风险大的问题,且在心轴上设置上卡瓦和下卡瓦,通过上卡瓦和下卡瓦的配合,使得桥塞在下入至井筒时,承压效果更好,双向卡瓦不容易松动。

具体实施方式
本实用新型实施例公开了一种大通径桥塞,以解决复合桥塞通径小、压裂后需进行钻磨作业成本高的问题。
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参阅图1-图3,图1为本实用新型实施例提供的大通径桥塞的结构示意图;图2为本实用新型实施例提供的推筒的结构示意图;图3为本实用新型实施例提供的引鞋的结构示意图。
在一种具体的实施方式中,大通径桥塞包括心轴1、推筒2和引鞋11,还包括胶筒、上卡瓦5和下卡瓦9以及卡瓦座6。
其中,推筒2和引鞋11分别套设于心轴1的两端,推筒2和引鞋11均与心轴1可拆卸的固定连接。一般的,在推筒2和引鞋11上设置螺纹孔,通过剪钉3与心轴1固定,在引鞋11与心轴1连接端可以设置内螺纹,相对应的心轴1上设置外螺纹,二者通过螺纹连接,在引鞋11上设置螺纹孔,通过紧定螺钉10完成引鞋11与心轴1的轴向防松。在其他实施例中,也可以选择其他的可拆卸的固定连接的方式,均在本实用新型的保护范围内。
上卡瓦5、胶筒和下卡瓦9依次套设于心轴1中部,在胶筒两侧设置卡瓦座6,分别与上卡瓦5和下卡瓦9配合,在坐封桥塞时,通过工具动作,使上卡瓦5和下卡瓦9受到挤压,卡瓦受挤压开裂后,卡瓦外齿挤进套管内壁,将大通径桥塞整体锚定在套管里。通过双卡瓦对桥塞进行固定,使得桥塞的承压效果更好,更容易居中,且双向卡瓦不容易松动。
心轴1的内径不小于60mm,使得在对油气进行向上抽取时,无需对桥塞进行钻磨处理,避免钻磨桥塞带来的施工周期长、作业成本高、施工风险大的问题。当然,在实际的操作过程中,若操作者想要对其进行钻磨,可根据实际的生产需要进行钻磨。
具体的,上卡瓦5和下卡瓦9均为整体式卡瓦,上卡瓦5和下卡瓦9的外表面均为齿形且轴向上分别均匀设置有贯穿上卡瓦5和下卡瓦9的圆弧槽。整体式卡瓦可避免中途解封,采用双卡瓦结构,实现桥塞的双向锁定,从而保持坐封符合压力变化,亦可保证密封良好。上卡瓦5和下卡瓦9上设置有圆弧槽,贯穿整体式卡瓦,目的是为了便于整体式卡瓦在受到挤压后,应力集中槽处最薄弱,从开槽处开裂。卡瓦的外齿挤进套管内壁,完成对桥塞在套管内的固定。在其他实施例中,也可以设置成其他形式的应力集中槽,如长方形等。对具体的槽的形式不作限定,只要能够达到相应的技术效果即可。
进一步地,上卡瓦5和下卡瓦9与卡瓦座6配合端分别设置有内圆锥面,卡瓦座6上分别设置有与内圆锥面相配合的外圆锥面。通过内圆锥面和外圆锥面的配合,完成上卡瓦5、下卡瓦9和卡瓦座6的位置固定。一般的,锥面与轴向的夹角为15度-25度,在此范围内的锥面能够保证卡瓦受挤压时具有足够的径向坐封力。
更进一步地,胶筒至少包括一个主胶筒8和两个副胶筒7,副胶筒7设置于主胶筒8两侧,主胶筒8和副胶筒7的外径均不大于卡瓦座6的外径。为了更好的将桥塞锚定在套管内,通过设置主胶筒8和副胶筒7,二者配合使用对桥塞进行固定。在工作时,由于受到卡瓦和卡瓦座6的挤压,一般的胶筒为圆筒状,两端为外圆锥面,其外径略小于卡瓦座6外径,其材料为橡胶材料,受挤压后径向扩张,紧贴套管内部,封隔井筒。在其他实施例中,也可以设置一个主胶筒8和多个副胶筒7,通过二者的相互配合对井筒进行坐封。一般的,为了避免在下井过程中,卡瓦和胶筒被套管内壁刮坏,主胶筒8和副胶筒7的外径均不大于卡瓦座6的外径。
具体的,推筒2、卡瓦座6、引鞋11的周向上分别均匀设置有螺纹孔。通过设置剪钉3完成轴向的固定,具体的,如可以在推筒2的周向上均匀设置6个螺纹孔,完成与心轴1的固定,剪钉3通过卡瓦座6上螺纹孔穿进心轴1外圆面的孔内,将分布在胶筒两侧的卡瓦座6通过剪钉3固定在心轴1上。当然,在其他实施例中,也可以根据推筒2、卡瓦座6、引鞋11的大小和剪切力设置相应数量的剪钉孔,在此不再赘述。
在上述各实施例的基础上,上卡瓦5和下卡瓦9的齿向相反,上卡瓦5的非锥面端与推筒2接触,下卡瓦9的非锥面端与引鞋11接触。通过将上卡瓦5和下卡瓦9的齿向相反设置,能够实现桥塞的双向固定,一般的,上卡瓦5与推筒2接触,另一端与卡瓦座6锥面相接触,下卡瓦9一端与引鞋11接触,另一端与卡瓦座6锥面相接触,完成上卡瓦5和下卡瓦9的轴向固定。在其他实施例中,也可以将上卡瓦5和下卡瓦9的齿向设置为相同,但此种设置方式仅能够实现一个方向的固定,具体的,可根据实际的生产需要自行设定。
具体的,推筒2与心轴1间设置有倒齿环4,心轴1与推筒2配合端的外圆上设置有外锯齿形螺纹,推筒2上设置有相配合的内锯齿形螺纹。倒齿环4通过外锯齿形螺纹和内锯齿形螺纹分别与推筒2和心轴1固定。倒齿环4为开口圆环状,内外表面均为锯齿形螺纹结构,且倒齿环4的内锯齿形螺纹为棘齿,倒齿环4的内锯齿形螺纹和心轴1的外锯齿型螺纹连接啮合,外锯齿型螺纹与推筒2的内锯齿形螺纹连接啮合,在心轴1上只能单向向下运动,从而保证卡瓦和胶筒不会解封。一般的,在心轴1与推筒2配合端设置有球面或锥面球座,用于放置可溶解球,使得可溶解球能够坐落于心轴1内,完成对可溶解球的固定。在其他实施例中,也可以设置其他形式的固定面用于放置可溶解球,只要能够将其承接托住即可,对具体的固定面的形式不作限定。
进一步地,推筒2远离心轴1的一端均匀的设有多个伸出矩形爪,引鞋11上相应的设置有多个矩形豁口。在井筒中设置多个桥塞进行钻磨桥塞作业时,上一个桥塞快钻磨完成时引鞋11会向下掉落,落在下一个桥塞顶部推筒2处,推筒2伸出矩形爪正好和推筒2上矩形豁口啮合,防止钻磨时引鞋11转动,影响钻磨效果。
为了引导桥塞顺利下入井内,在引鞋11远离心轴1的一端的外圆和内孔上均设有锥面。在引鞋11的末端设置锥面,方便桥塞顺利下入,具体的,也可以在引鞋11上设置倒角,或者在其他实施例中,也可以设置为圆弧面等,只要能够将桥塞顺利下入井内,对具体的形式不作限定。
更进一步地,心轴1、推筒2、上卡瓦5和下卡瓦9,卡瓦座6和引鞋11均为可钻金属件。可钻性即在需钻磨时能够被钻头钻磨的难易性。因在井筒内设置桥塞,在发生事故或需拆卸修复时,需要对桥塞进行钻磨取出,一般的,心轴1、推筒2、上卡瓦5和下卡瓦9、卡瓦座6和引鞋11均为可钻金属件。
具体的,本实用新型中的大通径桥塞包括心轴1、推筒2、剪钉3、倒齿环4、上卡瓦5、卡瓦座6、胶筒、下卡瓦9、紧定螺钉10、引鞋11。推筒2外圆面上均布有若干螺纹孔,剪钉3通过此螺纹孔穿进心轴1外圆面的孔内,将推筒2轴向固定。推筒2和心轴1中间设有倒齿环4,心轴1另一端设有外螺纹,与引鞋11头内螺纹连接固定,紧定螺钉10安装在引鞋11外圆的螺纹孔内,并与引鞋11接触。上卡瓦5、卡瓦座6、下卡瓦9和胶筒均套在心轴1外圆上,位于推筒2和引鞋11之间。胶筒两端外圆锥面各与一个卡瓦座6内圆锥面配合,上卡瓦5和下卡瓦9内锥面分别与卡瓦座6外锥面配合;上卡瓦5一端面与推筒2端面接触,下卡瓦9一端面与引鞋11端面相接触。剪钉3通过卡瓦座6上螺纹孔穿进心轴1外圆面的孔内,将分布在胶筒两侧的卡瓦座6通过剪钉3固定在心轴1上。
在工作时,将大通径桥塞下入到油气井套管内,引鞋11末端设有倒角,方便桥塞顺利下入。坐封桥塞时,通过其他工具动作,使推筒2和引鞋11同时向中间挤压。推筒2向下挤压,心轴1与引鞋11一起受力向上挤压,剪钉3受力被剪断;然后推筒2带动倒齿环4向中间运动,再挤压上卡瓦5,上卡瓦5受挤压从应力集中槽内裂开呈若干瓣,并随推筒2向中间移动,进一步挤压卡瓦座6,卡瓦座6上剪钉3受挤压被剪断,再挤压胶筒。同时引鞋11与心轴1一起向上挤压,挤压下卡瓦9和卡瓦座6,最后挤压胶筒。胶筒为橡胶材料,受挤压后径向扩张,紧贴套管内部,封隔井筒;卡瓦受挤压开裂后,卡瓦外圆齿挤进套管内壁,将大通径桥塞整体锚定在套管里。压裂前,先向井内投入可溶解球,坐落在心轴1上端圆弧面内,封堵桥塞通孔。

1.一种大通径桥塞,包括心轴(1)、推筒(2)和引鞋(11);其特征在于,还包括胶筒、上卡瓦(5)和下卡瓦(9)、卡瓦座(6):
所述推筒(2)和所述引鞋(11)分别套设于所述心轴(1)的两端;
所述上卡瓦(5)、所述胶筒和所述下卡瓦(9)依次套设于所述心轴(1)中部,所述卡瓦座(6)设置于所述胶筒两侧,分别与所述上卡瓦(5)和下卡瓦(9)配合;
所述心轴(1)的内径不小于60mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大通径桥塞,其特征在于,所述上卡瓦(5)和所述下卡瓦(9)均为整体式卡瓦,所述上卡瓦(5)和所述下卡瓦(9)的外表面均为齿形且轴向上分别均匀设置有贯穿所述上卡瓦(5)和所述下卡瓦(9)的圆弧槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的大通径桥塞,其特征在于,所述上卡瓦(5)和所述下卡瓦(9)与所述卡瓦座(6)配合端分别设置有内圆锥面,所述卡瓦座(6)上分别设置有与所述内圆锥面相配合的外圆锥面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的大通径桥塞,其特征在于,所述胶筒至少包括一个主胶筒(8)和两个副胶筒(7),所述副胶筒(7)设置于所述主胶筒(8)两侧,所述主胶筒(8)和所述副胶筒(7)的外径均不大于所述卡瓦座(6)的外径。
5.根据权利要求4所述的大通径桥塞,其特征在于,所述推筒(2)、所述卡瓦座(6)、所述引鞋(11)的周向上分别均匀设置有螺纹孔。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的大通径桥塞,其特征在于,所述上卡瓦(5)和所述下卡瓦(9)的齿向相反,所述上卡瓦(5)的非锥面端与所述推筒(2)接触,所述下卡瓦(9)的非锥面端与所述引鞋(11)接触。
7.根据权利要求6所述的大通径桥塞,其特征在于,所述推筒(2)与所述心轴(1)间设置有倒齿环(4),所述心轴(1)与所述推筒(2)配合端的外圆上设置有外锯齿形螺纹,所述推筒(2)上设置相配合的内锯齿形螺纹。
8.根据权利要求7所述的大通径桥塞,其特征在于,所述推筒(2)远离所述心轴(1)的一端均匀的设有多个伸出矩形爪,所述引鞋(11)上相对应的设置有多个矩形豁口。
9.根据权利要求8所述的大通径桥塞,其特征在于,所述引鞋(11)远离所述心轴(1)的一端的外圆和内孔上均设有锥面。
10.根据权利要求9所述的大通径桥塞,其特征在于,所述心轴(1)、所述推筒(2)、所述上卡瓦(5)和所述下卡瓦(9)、所述卡瓦座(6)和所述引鞋(11)均为可钻金属件。
