本实用新型涉及一种销钉式水冷壁石灰窑窑墙结构,在紧贴所述窑墙骨架的内表面上设有绝热层,在所述绝热层上设有铬矿砂层,在所述铬矿砂层中镶嵌有水冷壁,在所述水冷壁上覆盖有耐火填料层;所述水冷壁为由若干带有销钉的钢管并行排列而成的销钉式水冷壁;所述销钉式水冷壁的一部分埋覆在所述铬矿砂层中,另一部分覆盖在所述耐火填料层中。本实用新型提供的石灰窑窑墙结构不仅设计简单合理、石灰窑运行时着火和燃烧的稳定性高,而且运行过程中窑墙温度较低,不容易在窑墙上结渣、运行安全、热量回收利用度高、节能环保、使用寿命长,适于推广应用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及石灰窑技术领域,具体地说是一种销钉式水冷壁石灰窑窑墙结构。
背景技术
工业石灰窑主要由窑体、上料装置、布料装置、燃烧装置、卸灰装置、电器、仪表控制装置以及除尘装置等组成。其制备石灰的工艺过程为将石灰石和燃料装入石灰窑(若气体燃料经管道和燃烧器送入)预热后到850℃开始分解,到1200℃完成煅烧,再经冷却后,卸出窑外;但是在燃烧过程中窑腔内会产生高温烟气,长期运行对窑墙窑墙损害严重,而且烟气温度高于灰的软化温度,以致于窑体的受热窑墙容易结渣,使石灰窑运行存在较大安全隐患。此外,目前石灰窑在运行过程中也会存在着火和燃烧不稳定的现象,而且窑墙厚度大、用料多、重量大、施工费时费力,不符合当前节能环保的社会理念。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种销钉式水冷壁石灰窑窑墙结构,以解决现有石灰窑在运行过程中着火和燃烧稳定性相对较差、产生的高温烟气容易使窑墙内壁结渣从而引发安全隐患的问题。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种销钉式水冷壁石灰窑窑墙结构,包括窑墙骨架,在紧贴所述窑墙骨架的内表面上依次设有绝热层、铬矿砂层、水冷壁以及耐火填料层;所述水冷壁为由若干带有销钉的钢管并行排列而成的销钉式水冷壁;所述销钉式水冷壁的一部分埋覆在所述铬矿砂层中,另一部分覆盖在所述耐火填料层中。
所述销钉焊接在所述钢管的外侧,所述销钉为长度为20-25mm、直径为6-12mm的圆柱体。
本实用新型通过在石灰窑的窑墙骨架的内表面上依次设置有绝热层、铬矿砂层、销钉式水冷壁以及耐火填料层,其覆盖有耐火填料层的销钉式水冷壁成为石灰窑的主要受热部分,可大量吸收高温烟气的热量,可使窑墙附近和窑膛出口处的烟温降低到灰的软化温度以下,防止窑墙受热面结渣,提高了石灰窑运行的安全性和可靠性;与此同时,销钉式水冷壁的一部分覆盖在铬矿砂层中,形成了卫燃带,该卫燃带可调节着火区域销钉式水冷壁的吸热量,提高着火区域窑内温度,稳定着火和燃烧,其销钉可使铬矿砂层与销钉式水冷壁牢固地连接,并可把铬矿砂外表面的热量通过销钉传给水冷壁管内的工质,降低铬矿砂的温度,防止其温度过高而烧坏。此外,在窑墙的内壁上敷设销钉式水冷壁后,窑墙的内壁温度可大大降低,保护了窑墙骨架,而且窑墙骨架的厚度可以适当减小,重量减轻,简化了窑墙结构;且光管水冷壁吸收了高温火焰和烟气的热量,管内的水的温度随之升高,如果对这一部分热量进行回收,可有效地节约能源,提高效益。可见,本实用新型提供的石灰窑窑墙结构不仅设计简单合理、石灰窑运行时着火和燃烧的稳定性高,而且运行过程中窑墙温度较低,不容易在窑墙上结渣、运行安全、热量回收利用度高、节能环保、使用寿命长,适于推广应用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本身实用新型提供的销钉式水冷壁石灰窑窑墙结构,包括窑墙骨架,该窑墙围成了具有特定形状窑膛的窑体,在窑膛的周壁紧贴窑墙骨架的内表面1上设有绝热层2,在绝热层2上设有铬矿砂层3,在铬矿砂层3中设置有由若干带有销钉7的钢管6并行排列并按窑墙骨架的内表面1形状弯制而成的销钉式水冷壁4,其铬矿砂层3的厚度小于销钉式水冷壁4的厚度,在销钉式水冷壁4的上方覆盖有耐火填料层5,即销钉式水冷壁4的一部分埋覆在铬矿砂层3中,另一半覆盖在耐火填料层5中。其销钉式水冷壁4的多个销钉7焊接在钢管6的外周壁上,且销钉7为长度为20-25mm、直径为6-12mm的圆柱体。其销钉式水冷壁4的一部分覆盖在铬矿砂层3中形成了卫燃带,可以提高着火区域窑内温度,稳定着火和燃烧,且销钉7可使铬矿砂层3与销钉式水冷壁4牢固地连接,并可把铬矿砂层3外的热量通过销钉7传给销钉式水冷壁4的管内的工质,降低铬矿砂层3的温度,防止其温度过高而烧坏。

1.一种销钉式水冷壁石灰窑窑墙结构,包括窑墙骨架,其特征在于,在紧贴所述窑墙骨架的内表面上依次设有绝热层、铬矿砂层、水冷壁以及耐火填料层;所述水冷壁为由若干带有销钉的钢管并行排列组成的销钉式水冷壁;所述销钉式水冷壁的一部分埋覆在所述铬矿砂层中,另一部分覆盖在所述耐火填料层中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的销钉式水冷壁石灰窑窑墙结构,其特征在于,所述销钉焊接在所述钢管的外壁上,所述销钉为长度为20-25mm、直径为6-12mm的圆柱体。
