背景技术
光伏系统是一种利用太阳能电池半导体材料的光伏效应,将太阳光辐射能直接转换为电能的一种发电系统。聚光光伏是一种新型的光伏系统,其通过聚光措施使太阳光聚焦至太阳能电池上,从而可提高太阳能电池的发电效率。现有技术的聚光光伏存在光利用率低的问题。
实用新型内容 本实用新型的目的是提供一种干涉式聚光光伏结构,以解决现有技术聚光光伏光利用率低的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种干涉式聚光光伏结构,其特征在于:包括有不透光材料制成的圆球体,圆球体上半圆顶端被水平削去形成开口,开口中装配有竖向的不透光材料制成的圆柱体,圆柱体顶部向圆柱体内竖直设有内腔,内腔中同轴装配有导光筒,导光筒上端从内腔顶部腔口穿出,内腔底部设有竖向贯通的通光孔,圆球体内下半圆设有多个受光面朝上的太阳能电池。
所述的一种干涉式聚光光伏结构,其特征在于:太阳能电池之间的圆球体下半圆内壁镀有反光膜,圆球体上半圆内壁除开口外其他位置亦镀有反光膜。
本实用新型中,太阳光通过导光筒入射至圆柱体内腔中,再经过圆柱体内腔底部出射至圆球体内,由内腔底部的多个通光孔使出射光在圆球体内形成干涉,圆球体下半圆内壁上干涉光光强最强点可预先测得,太阳能电池设置在圆球体下半圆内壁上干涉光光强最强点处。同时圆球体内壁的反光膜可将其他位置光线反射至太阳能电池上。本实用新型结构简单,具有较高的光利用率和光电转换率。

参见图1所示,一种干涉式聚光光伏结构,包括有不透光材料制成的圆球体1,圆球体1上半圆顶端被水平削去形成开口,开口中装配有竖向的不透光材料制成的圆柱体2,圆柱体2顶部向圆柱体2内竖直设有内腔3,内腔3中同轴装配有导光筒4,导光筒4上端从内腔3顶部腔口穿出,内腔3底部设有竖向贯通的通光孔5,圆球体2内下半圆设有多个受光面朝上的太阳能电池6。太阳能电池6之间的圆球体1下半圆内壁镀有反光膜,圆球体1上半圆内壁除开口外其他位置亦镀有反光膜。
