光伏系统是一种利用太阳能电池半导体材料的光伏效应,将太阳光辐射能直接转换为电能的一种发电系统。现有技术光伏多为露天工作,光利用率低,且光电转换效率不理想。
实用新型内容 本实用新型的目的是提供一种光伏结构,以解决现有技术光伏系统光利用率低的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种光伏结构,其特征在于:包括有下半球形的壳体,壳体圆球面向下,壳体顶面设为透明玻璃板,壳体的球壁为非透光材料制成,且壳体的球面内壁镀有反光层,所述壳体顶面向壳体内垂直连接有一对透光材质制成的支撑杆,两支撑杆之间连接有太阳能电池,且太阳能电池垂直于壳体顶面,壳体球壁上还安装有一对冷却管道。
本实用新型中,太阳光通过透明玻璃板入射至壳体内,经壳体内反光层反射,在壳体内形成光室,反射光入射至太阳能电池受光面使太阳能电池产生电流,同时通过冷却管道可向壳体内通入冷却液体或气体。本实用新型可形成光室,能有效提高太阳能电池的光利用率,具有较高的光电转换效率。

参见图1所示,一种光伏结构,包括有下半球形的壳体1,壳体1圆球面向下,壳体1顶面2设为透明玻璃板,壳体1的球壁为非透光材料制成,且壳体1的球面内壁镀有反光层,壳体1顶面2向壳体1内垂直连接有一对透光材质制成的支撑杆3,两支撑杆3之间连接有太阳能电池4,且太阳能电池4垂直于壳体1顶面2,壳体1球壁上还安装有一对冷却管道5。
